Placed an under-warranty replacement request for a defective induction cooker at the service centre in Pune in March this year (2023).
I'm still waiting for the replacement cooker to be delivered to the service centre.
Every time I call the customer service helpline I am told to wait a few more days. No definite deadline is every given. Customer Care often even hangs up on the customer. When I called the service centre because customer service advised me to check with them, the person at the service centre also hung up after placing the call on MUTE.
No one is able to help with any information on the replacement meant to be provided under warranty by a so-called ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFIED COMPANY. It feels more like a fraud company, especially after speaking to customer service today. Was this information helpful? |
