Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Kettle- water leakage

I purchased a Pigeon electric kettle on[protected] which is under warranty. The product developed a fault and I raised a warranty claim with the company. Despite multiple follow-ups and email communication, the company has not responded or resolved the issue. This is causing undue delay and inconvenience.

I request the Consumer Forum to direct the company to honour the warranty and either replace or repair the product urgently.
