Description of issue: Gas stove has manufacturing defect.
I had raised complaint of it online and it has been more than 3 weeks, no update on it. I had written couple of emails to them still they are not replying. Neither they pick the call nor they reply over what's app chat.
Quite frustrating experience. They have marked my ticket as part pending. I don't know from where they are bringing that part.
Very irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour shown by them. It looks as if they don't care about customer once they sold products. Was this information helpful? |
