I purchased a 3 burner Pigeon gas stove from Flipkart on November 13, 2022. However, after few months o[censored]sage, the knobs stopped working as they got jammed and the burners were also not working properly. For this issue, I raised the complaint on Flipkart and on the Stovekraft portal on September 10, 2023. On September 12, 20223, the technician visited my premised and informed that the stove needs parts replacement. I called the technician on September 25, 2023 after waiting for almost 2 weeks to hear back from him and he informed that it will be done today. Since that day, I have been calling him daily and he has giving same response that it will be resolved today. Now as of October 6, 2023, I have called them numerous times but they have stopped picking up my phone. This is a ridiculously poor service and a I feel cheated as a customer.
