I have bought the stove from pigeon which did not work with gas pipeline, requested a service using there link and they assigned the technician.
The technician is not picking the call for last 4 days and there is no update since then. I am out of food and have to order from out side every day.
There customer service is so pathetic, called them for last 4 days every time they are telling that they are escalating. When I asked them to connect with manager then the last lady mentioned she does not have manager and you have to wait until engineer doesn't response and disconnected my call.
I don't know how do they hire such useless people who does not do there work properly.
