Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Pigeon 4 burner gas stove burner complaint

I had bought a pigeon 4 burner gas stove from sunrise supermarket on 8th August.
On using it for 2 days, one of the burners turned 80% black, the second one 20% black and the other 2 burners has faded .
One of the burner gets off while we put in in the sim mode.
I tried contacting the customer care, but it is not getting connected.
This experience is within usage of just one week.
