I purchased one “pigeon 3ltr induction bottom pressure cooker from d mart super market, hosur Tamilnadu on 06th September'21
We found the cooker has a manufacturing defect, i. E., air and water passing out through the small hole affixed on the top, hence not whistling.
As the item is under warranty and the defect is found on the next day of purchasing (During the first cooking itself), the same has been communicated to service team & complaint raised.
Stil the part is pending, not able to use the cooker.
Whom should i contact further for part replacement as soon as possible? as already 15 days over. Was this information helpful? |
