Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Pigeon gas stove 3 burner one is not working

Hi I am buying the pigeon gas stove 3 burner but is a one burner is not working properly I am using these a flame is yellow and After doing that, all the utensils turn black from below, , , so please help as soon as possible in please resolve this query asap
