This is to inform you that the new glass top gas stove of pigeon brand which i ordered from amazon on 25/12/2021 & recieved it on 28/12/21, had damage to the knob which we realised while using the stove … one knob of the stove is coming out often & also the plastic knob is getting damaged( melting) due to heat … i had called the customercare of pigeon on 30/12/21, they said service guy will come to check it …but none turned out … i called twice after that, the guy said he is near my home & i was waiting but he never turned up ….
So first of all when we are paying such a huge price & buying a branded item, this kind of damage is unacceptable … it is bad on the reputation of your brand & digusting to customers like us … secondly when things happened & we call your customer care then its your responsibility to fix it atleast… but you guys are like fooling us …

This is pathetic on the reputed brand like pigeon ….i have been using pigeon appliances since 10 yrs but this is the first time such a poor reponse …. I really feel sorry on the decision of buying this item …. Hopeless service Was this information helpful? |
