I purchased pigeon lpg 3 stove burner from big bazaar. After 5 days we tried to use it but it was not working in low flame. I immediately contacted big bazaar to replace but they declined it and told to contact pigeon service centre. I raised a complaint there as well with id 789653 but from 2 months its pending. The service centre says it will be resolved in 2 days but its pending from 2 months.
