The Problem with the chopper is that the lid is blocking the movement from the top which is supposed to rotate the blade, this blockage is completely disrupting the function of the chopper, the blade is also a little short as per lengthwise which makes it impossible to properly fix it with the top which creates movement, I have personally tested the chopper, it works just fine without the lid... I hope the prototype is modified so that the chopper's function is restored and hoping we would get a new replacement which works well and should be cleared of the issues mentioned above …. we have used the same chopper before as well that makes this our 2nd chopper and my perspective is that there is a fault only with the one which we received now hope this will get replaced...as I have pinned the video below of trying to chop carrots as you can see the difference with the lid and without the lid.. I am pretty sure with help of pigeon's support staff I would be getting a new replacement in no less than a week ... Thank You
