Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Poor service assistance

I bought a pigeon 4 burner gas stove 2 weeks ago and was facing problems from it's burners i contact the service center of pigeon they said it will be done but their response was so low that it seemed that they dont bother about it and on thursday they called me that a mechanic will arrive at ur place by sat but still no one arrived.
