Subsequently, I have lodged several additional complaints, but I continue to receive only assurances without any actual resolution or technician visit.
This reflects a serious lapse in after-sales service and customer support. I request immediate action to:
Replace the defective component or the entire unit at the earliest.
Ensure proper follow-up by the authorized service engineer.
Provide a definitive timeline for resolution.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I may be compelled to escalate the matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
