I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a Pigeon kitchen appliance purchased from Flipkart, which became non-functional within one week o[censored]sage.
Despite raising multiple service requests through customer support, there was a significant delay in service response, and no service engineer visited initially. After repeated follow-ups, a technician eventually inspected the product and identified a defective component that required replacement. He informed me that the spare part needed to be arranged from the office and assured a follow-up visit.
However, after collecting the service OTP and closing the visit, no further action has been taken. The technician has neither returned with the replacement part nor provided any update. Subsequently, I have lodged several additional complaints, but I continue to receive only assurances without any actual resolution or technician visit.
This reflects a serious lapse in after-sales service and customer support. I request immediate action to:
Replace the defective component or the entire unit at the earliest.
Ensure proper follow-up by the authorized service engineer.
Provide a definitive timeline for resolution.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I may be compelled to escalate the matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
I look forward to your urgent intervention and resolution.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I purchased a Pigeon 2100-watt induction cooktop from Flipkart. After using it for about 15 days, the product stopped working. I registered a complaint, and a mechanic visited my home. He informed me that one of the parts needed to be replaced and said he would bring the replacement part soon.

However, many days have passed, and he has not returned. After that, I contacted the Pigeon service center five times, and each time they assured me that a mechanic would visit within 48 hours. Unfortunately, no one has come so far.

I am very disappointed with the service. I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and arrange for the repair or replacement of the product as soon as possible.
