Purchased stovekraft induction cruise on 5th jun and stopped working within 10days ... Since than we have been marking mails to customer service desk but no solution provide. Despite of bad services agent aligned RAJENDRA KUMAR on [protected] maximum time not responded our calls and once attented used false and misbehaved on call refused to provide service and asked us to visit service center where again we have to pay 150 ... Why we should pay .. Why should we visit... Need onsite free service else get back your degraded quality product and return our money 100% .
