This is regarding to my complaint regarding stearling delux plus chimney in warranty lodged on 11th july, 2020, complaint no: 1476275. The chimney was internally damaged due to electric surge. I was told to contact mr. Pankaj who is based in chandigarh. It took him almost one month to get the approval from the top authorities to replace the product. So he managed to provide me the replacement tag which is attached here with as the dealer was not honouring the replacement tag. I returned the chimney to the authorised dealer on 12th aug. The dealer wanted some written authorization from the area manager in the form of email for replacing the product. Mr. Pankaj requested me to take this matter with mr. Rahul sharma who is recently appointed in ludhiana as area manager. Inspite of calling him 100 of times, he failed to give me any response. This is so frustrating and humiliating. Such unprofessional behaviour by your officials is one of the reason for the customers to avoid buying your products in future. Kindly try to help me to solve this matter as it's more than 2 months of suffering inspite of receiving the replacement tag of the product. I shall really appreciate the needful.
