I have been using pigeon induction cook top. the coil got burnt 45 days before someone from pigeon service centre came here to repair and that too he came after 20 days after complaining, he replaced the coil. After 45 days of replacement i got the same problem. I don't know what is the issue, i think he might have replaced the coil with duplicate one and he did not even provide me the warranty for that coil. 7 days before we have registered one complaint against this even though there is no response from your side. Is this the way to deal with the pigeon customers. Try to solve this problem as soon as possible if you people care about the customers. thank you. Please try to contact me @ [protected]
