Unable to claim warranty service for back to back issues

Hi,
I had bought a Induction stove from Amazon on month of June 2022 and last week while I was cooking the induction, the induction started to malfunction and in few minutes, it burst completely. Electric Zoom chopper

Hi,

I had purchased zoom chopper in december 2022 and it stopped working after few usages. It has 6 months warranty, I had complained to customer care of stovekraft. They provided service center address to visit and get the chopper serviced. But when I went on that address there is no service center exist and when I called to the service center number they provided he told me some different address. I want my petrol expenses...

Kettle

My kettle of 1.5 ltr is under warranty and is not working .I have registered complain in pigeon company and they provided me service provider no [protected] who picked my kettle on 24.11.2022 evening 6 o clock near my home place and assured me to return on 26.11.2022 but now he is not even picking cal nd not replying my mes.i m duped kindly resolve my issue as I m worried for the kettle.i m being harassed...

Customer care service

I bought a induction cooktop from flipkart . After some months it suddenly stopped working.it is still in warranty period, but there is no response from the company customer care .customer service numbers are wrong and there is no way to claim the warranty bt still the products are being sold throgh various dealers.
I am a student, and i am facing issues in my daily life .So please take some action against the company...

Replacement of product

I've purchased the pegion stove on 26th april 2021 from stove kraft, but it started catching rist after few months, soon within 7 month its stand got broke. I filed a request for replacement since it is under warrenty period and person came to visit but after that no revert from the team. I'm following up for this from last 6 months now they just don't give proper revert. Today the burner got broke and i confused weather to buy a new product...

Induction cooktop warranty claim

Gas stove with 4 burners

Glass shattered after using it for 1 year, luckily it happened when moved away from the stove. I was shocked when I read a similar complaint and the photo looked like they have taken our stove photo.
I am surprised that pigeon has not recalled this model yet. Its life threatening, please ask your everyone not to use this product....

Glass top blasted and scattered in small pieces while cooking. The glass top of the our pigeon gas stove shattered suddenly today morning (Date 8th April 2020, Wednesday). It happened so fast that the pieces of glass flew more than 15ft. We are lucky that none o[censored]s got injured. The gas stove was bought from Paytm App on 11th Oct, 2018.

my induction stove is not working

Register a complaint for Pigeon Chimney on 3rd April PGN[protected]. Engineer visit and confirm fault in motor. He confirms it will be replaced with in 15 days. After 15 days when again connect with engg. in his personal no. than he cancelled old ticket and raised new ticket PGN[protected] & Ticket assigned to AK sales. After many follow ups its not resolved. Today i received a feedback message that part has been replaced whenever no one visit and replaced it. plz check...

      Product bought from amazon on 27.09.2024. The product stopped working on 8.12.24.(within three months from purchase). complaint register on 8.12.24 and got resolved on 28.01.2025. almost after one month and 20 days. now again within one month on 27.2.25 product stopped working. again, complaint register on 27.2.25. After many follow up with stovekraft service center and the service person contact provided by service center, , without information on 24.03.205 they have cancelled the service ticket number mentioning that customer not responding. which is 100% false statement. while inquiry service person told company has cancelled the service request. when call to stovekraft customer center they told no we have not cancelled on our own. service person must have called here for cancellation. so just passing the ball from service person to service center. now service center has booked another new complaint by refusing to restore the old one. still even after a month my product is completely stopped. service person says company is not sending parts for your product. and service center says please wait for 28 to 72 hr parts will be provided. but factual situation is after a month even there is no result.

      i have asked for replacement of product as its faulty product stop working twice within 6 months of purchase and service not available but there is no update yet on this. last service request no is PGN[protected]

        I purchased Pigeon 2100 W Induction Cooktop Push Button from Flipkart on 30.01.2025. It has not holding the power not even a minute. Since it is open box delivery it can not be returned. The prescribed service center is too far to reach. After attending my family function I have returned after two weeks. Now I want to claim the warranty as per the direction of Flipkart customer service. The customer service number of Pigeon is out of order/switched off/ not answering the call.
