Purchased a 4 burner stove manufactured by the company. The warranty provided is for 2 years. It has only been 1 year and it has malfunctioned. Registered a complaint for the same to request for service and claim warranty. None of the numbers provided by the company are responsive, no one will ever answer. Further, on writing to them on the provided email. They refuse to provide a timeline for when the issue will be resolved. Repeatedly apologise for delay but never attend to it. I have sent 6 emails in last three days but there has been absolutely no action from the company.
Claims were made that their technician will visit me at the earliest but neither the company or any of their employees has contacted me yet. I have already provided all details of the product, purchase invoice and details of the malfunction. Yet the company has failed to resolve the issue or give me a definite date when they will fix this.
