Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — The induction Cruise 1800 cooktop is not working in warranty period

I have purchased the The induction Cruise 1800 cook top from Amazon site[protected]. The I have given complaint to customer care of stove craft on 15/02/2022 vide complaint no 2168942 dated 23/02/2022. There after several reminder mails the complaint has not attended by the company till date.
