I had bought a pigeon by stovekraft 3 burner glasstop gasstove last October from stovekraft online store on amazon, since a month I was facing issues with its knob but last week things got escalated and that knob started to catch fire when I tried to light that burner
I have request a doorstep service for my pigeon stove which is under warrenty, I raised a ticked 2258969 on 24th it has been 4 days but nobody has visited or called me for service I am very disappointed as the stove is not working properly and the knob is catching fire which is very risky. Stove craft has very pathetic service, I have tried to contact the service person on the number provided to me by them but that number is not contactable, I have tried calling many times, he is not answering my calls Was this information helpful? |
