Hi, I had got compliment pigeon (Nebula) chimney through Ds Max properties. Had very bad experience with pigeon product.
The initial product given was not in working condition. After a week I had the replacement of new chimney. Again that worked for couple of months and encountered part problem. It was making more noise & I had reported this to customer care. Mr. Naveen had visited to our house and found defect in blower and said part needs to be replaced. This was done on 31st May 2023 and till today i keep hearing "part pending" from customer care. Surprised if these guys import items from out of country.
I had also reached couple of times to Mr. Naveen over call and text. Neither he responds nor he takes the call. Doesn't have courtesy to call back and update the status. He is one of the unresponsive person Was this information helpful? |
