I purchased above the kettle online from Amazon in July, 2021. The kettle is not functioning within a month of its purchase.
First service was given in December, 2021 where they said coil is changed. Second service Compliant id – 2125674 – 25.01.21 (12.55pm /[protected] they said problem with switch.
Had given 2 services and you are asking me to give it for service again. If the product had been given twice and still fails I think it is the responsibility to give replacement.
I had already given the kettle twice at your service centre "SIDDU COMMUICATIONS" as per your sales team guidance. Mr. Murali their Redhills service centre person is the one who gave the sales person contact.
Within a span of 2 months I had given the new kettle for service at your service center. Again the kettle is not working.
I have been writing to them since last 2 months to get replacement for the product and there has been no response.
