Hi I had raised a complaint number 1578170 a person called after 5 days..telling me that he will come in 30 mins dint turn up after 4 hours. When called he told that he's in another customer place and will come ..but still dint turn up ..it was 5pm then I called him up and asked him not to come cause I need the stove for diwali...how pathetic. If you are not interested in solving a problem why have a customer care..I've never seen such a worst customer care ..ever..no response nothing..today one person called to ask whether I have rectified the stove or not..so that he can close the complain..I would never ever buy another pigeon product..very irresponsible and service is very very pathetic..please don't have a service team if you are really not interested in service..you guys delay for 5 days so that we might get our stove rectified with a local vendor and calling us after a week to check whether we have done that or not..so pathetic
