[Resolved]  Pigeon Gas Stove — Knobs Cracked and poorly working Burners - Very Poor Service Quality

Dear Sir/Madam We bought a two Pigeon Double gas burner on 21st of November, 2013 from M/s Lalita Enterprises (Authorised Distributor : Sales & Services, A/5 Krishna Apartment, Near Shramik Chowk, Rangatand, Dhanbad - 826001), Bill No: 561. From the beginning till now the burners are not working properly. There is some problem in the gas passage through the burners. In addition to it after few days o[censored]sage the knobs also got cracked due to which now we are facing problems even in turning the gas off/on. Since 1 month we are calling up your service center people (Mishra Ji, Mobile : [protected] ) and even the dealer from where we purchased the items (Mobile: [protected], [protected]) for support but every time they make some or the other excuses and delays the matter. Hence till date the problems persists. Big promises of home and in - time services were made during purchasing time but once the appliance is purchased it seems that the your service people don't have any responsibility towards your consumers.
