मैने कुछ समय पहले पिजन कंपनी का gas चूल्हा ऑनलाइन मार्केट फ्लिपकार्ट से buy kiya था पर वो पीस डिफेक्टिव था जिस कारण मैंने उसे 7 दिन की एक्सचेंज पॉलिसी के तहत बदलवा दिया था ! परंतु दूसरा पीस भी मुझे खराब प्राप्त हुआ जब मैं इसे चेक करवाने गया तो मुझे पता लगा कि इसमें कंपनी की तरफ से manufactring डिफेक्ट है जिस कारण यह सही भी नही हो सकता है ! मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया आप मुझे या तो मेरी राशि वापस दिलवाए या फिर मुझे एक अच्छा पीस उपलब्ध करवाया जाए ! धन्यवाद

      We purchased stove from flipkart on Jul 16th '18. First of all information mentioned on flipkart was not correct as it is not having automatic ignition (Pigeon Favourite Automatic Stainless Steel Automatic Gas Stove) and from last two month we are getting problems in stove button and burner and we tried calling all their customer number but no body is receiving the call . Wrost company and waste of money. We want refund and take this ### product back.

      Purchased pigeon gas stove on 19/02/2019 and in single year glass of the gas stove has been broken kindly solve the issue as early as possible.

        I have purchased a 3 burner pigeon gas stove on 01.11.2016 from big bazar and it is found there is regular problem in flame we have earlier 3 times complaint about it but not solved the problem and still flame are not working your customer care no [protected] is also not working your head office is also not responding on [protected] & [protected] please stove my problem immediately

          Dear compliance team

          This is to inform you that I have purchased one 3-BR gas stove of your company in the month of June 2018 and from 13 august two burner is not working after that I call to your local distributors and he told me that this is not our matter contact to company toll free number. After that I continue call to your toll free number but call very time not received by your caller after that I search your official mail id and mark mail to your company on dated 20th August 2018 and after that I have received mail from your company that fulfill all mandatory information and send us. As per instructions I have fulfill all mandatory information than received mail from your company that your complaint is register and our engineer will reach your home shortly .

          This mail received on 20th august 2018 and today is 13 se 2018 till date nobody came for repair my stove.

          Most important point

          1- your distributor G C DAS and company from jabalpur is not proper support after lots of follow-up by me he given a number of your MP head on 9 se 2018. Very casual approach by your distributor. He said that my job is only selling product not looking service part. My question to if your distribution or able to support to any customer than why he taken s agency and what company take action against such distributor.

          2- After received mobile number from your distributor on 9th sep I call to your mp head than he told me that talk my engineer and he provide me his number after that I talk to your service engineer and tell entire matter to mr Rajesh .

          Surprised answer received from your service engineer that "MUJE SAPNA NAHI ATA HAI KI APKA STOVE KHARAB HAI"
          After that I talk to him it's duty of your company that inform you. If your company not told you than who is responsible but his way of talking is very rood and last word he used that " Chal rakh phone"

          I have all call reocording of during call . If you want I will provide you.

          After that I talk to your mp head and tell entire matter but he don't lisiten my word and said you doing misbehave that why me and my engineer not repair your stove.

          Please look into mater and resolved my issue also request you to take action against this type of employee those are pulling down of your company.

          This is my last and final reminder to you. If my stove not correct within three working days after that I will eligible for go with consumer forum without and delay with all proof

            I purchased pigeon glass stove from flipkart on 18/06/2017. On 26/08/2018 while cooking glass top had burst with sound, and pieces of glass were spreaded in kitchen and dinning hall too.company is claiming toughened glass and in warranty period it gets burst. I complained but company is asking me to pay for repair. They are not responsible for any kind pf mishappening. I want refund.

              We are using pigeon product for 3 burner gastove and gas water heated etc

              But due to some poor quality of product we are facing problems due to short period of life of operation. The body of toughened glass failure during the heating time.

              We are not satisfactory with with such type showcase type toghed glass gastove and replaced with 3 burner metallic gas stove

                Dear stovekraft,

                I purchased pigeon 4 burner super efficient indian hob on 16-mar 2018 from paytmall.

                People delivered stove much before expected date of delivery.

                For 15-20 days stove was working fine.

                Slowly while cleaning, we noticed upper plate is getting rusted & increasing every day.
                2 stands are also being rusted.
                All side screws are getting rusted
                2 burner flames, burns out of the burner & produces some weird sound of getting busted.
                Everyday that plate rust is increasing.
                Stands are uneven not able to place the utensils.

                Consequences. :- very first day we prepared sweet after that rest of the days are very much bitter.
                Everyday my wife is scolding to use the stove (As she preferred to buy from local store) i only insisted to buy online.
                My daughter also uses the stove occasionally, incase if something goes wrong, it will be equivalent to attempt to murder by supplying the low quality materials.
                All above mentioned is leading to harbor all unhappiness & creating unwanted discussion & mental torture.

                Why should i be the victim of all, after purchasing only one stove of pigeon from paytm?

                Attached the photographs & invoice for your reference & action.

                This is my humble request to take back the stove & arrange for refund.

                Please revert at the earliest, if fail to revert, i shall lodge 3 complaints against pigeon like

                1) attempt to murder by supplying poor quality materials
                2) cheating the customers
                3) playing with the consumers life.

                  We had purchased a pigeon gas stove 2 months ago and have been using it since last 3/2 months. After some days of its usage its burners have constantly started smelling even when the knob is closed.. We have also got it repaired but the smelling has not stopped which has created a constant threat among our family owing to some regular cases of blasting subsequently leading to fire.                     I had complained previously before 3 months also that my hob's auto ignition is not working, pigeon had send a man to visit and he said that ignitor kit is dead and u have to pay 750rs + tax bcoz u have purchased this pigeon hob stove from snapdeal and warranty does not covers when u purchase this from online and he also removed the foam gasket which is sticked under the stove and i realised this later on that day.
                    I request u to take some action against this company and solve my problem
                    Regulator of One burner, separated from the stove and gas leaking regularly.

                      I purchased the 3 burner stove 15 days back with a 2 year warranty from Big Bazaar. And I raised a complaint on 1st May 2017 with Piegon customer care, that there is some problem in the gas passage through the burners, the flame is wrongly distributed along the sides of the burner. This stove is having worst quality that i have seen. Some times it looks to be dangerous as it leads to fire. The knob of the stove is also came out.

                      While logging the complaint(Complaint# 718740) on toll free no.[protected], the executive informed that the complaint will be resolved with in 2 working days and I called them back after 3 days than again 2 more days and so on. Now as soon as I tell them the ticket number raised by me, they will disconnect the call or they will tell that this ticket has already been resolved. And when I tell them that it is not, we are putting your call on hold to check with the technician and you can keep waiting for hours.

                      My issue is almost same but not resolved yet..
                      I am also facing such issues with pigeon 3 burner glass cook top purchased on 26th march from big bazar outlet at exhibition road store in patna.
                      Issues :
                      1.) Flame is not upto the mark in the burners.
                      2.) When turning the knob to sim mode, it gets off in one of the burner..
                      3.) Everytime when i flame the burner for sometime then want to reflame it again, it does not lite and makes some horrible sound.looks like very dangerously ..
                      4.) Knob of one burner comes out sometimes..
                      Although there is 2 years warranty on this product which i have with me in warranty card with big bazar seal ...
                      Contacted customer care twice .. they have given me ticket number but no one came to resolve the issue ..
                      Even i called the big bazar store executive but he also given the assurance to help me but finally got disappointed ..
                      Please let me know what to do in order to get the issue resolved ..

                        I purchased the 3 burner stove on 13th oct 2016 with a 2 year warranty. And i given a complaint on 28th apr 2017, there is some problem in the gas passage through the burners, the flame is wrongly distributed along the sides of the burner.                         Defective Product: Its looks like particular this gas stove is a defective product, So looking for root analysis of the problem and solution for same. I would like to request you to replace this defective Unit with new Unit.So, looking to know your view on it.

                        Warranty Period: I have purchased this unit under 2 Year warranty . So, I am looking for concrete solution for same. So, looking to know your view on it.

                        I think Already, I have provided the comprehensive feedback that would make you easy to understanding customer problem. Please let me know if you have any alternative resolution and doubt on understanding of this Case.

                          We had purchased a pigeon gas stove -Smart model in the month of OCT'16 with two years warranty from Big Bazar, the nob of the stove and its burners are damaged and all its nobs started dismantle automatically. When we lodged a complaint with request ID 687573 to their custcomer care on 11/March/17, we were told that our engineer will visit in a day or two at your place and resolve the issues but after being continuous followup at their customer call centre nobody is taking the responsibility of getting it repaired. I would request that if possible then please provide us the contact details (e-mail and tel no.) of their higher ups so that we can contact them for the resolution of our issues. Services of this company are pathetic.

                              I was actually happy buying a 4000/- cost pigeon..2 burner Black line square SS Auto .. . The glass of the stove has brunet and blasted automatically due to the defect products of the company.. My mom & my wife was lucky she was facing to other side of the kitchen.. Or else the glass pieces would have hurtled her badly..my kitchen tiles & Roof damaged.. I want to know what is the benefit of buying branded stove with paying more money rather it is fulfilling our need. Its quality even poor than local product .                                   I recently purchased pigeon 4 burner gas stove with glass top in kurnool AP 40days back.With in 30 days a gas leak from 2 nd knob was noticed in the form of burnt out knob which was brought to the notice of local stockist who said it is due to improper greasing. and replaced the knob. With in 2 weeks after that incident suddenly my son complained me today that the glass top was broken into tiny sand like and most of the knob panel is burnt out. when i visited again the kitchenware people told that 2 year warranty doesnt apply for replacement. Hence i am forced to buy another brand gas stove today by exchange along with paying rs 5000

                                          I was actually happy buying a 7500 cost pigeon..4 burner glass top cooker.. Surprisingly this reapeated for the 3rd time of explotion. The glass of the stove has burnet and blasted automatically due to the defect of the company.. My mom was lucky she was facing to other side of the kitchen.. Or else the glass pieces would have hurted her badly.. This complaint is not only frm me.. But from my neighbours too.. Who have experienced it..                                             I have bought two burner gas stove 2 month back but it is not working properly from that day . I have gone 5 times to the store keeper but he is not able to solve the problem. This stove is having worst quality that I have seen. Some times it looks to be dangerous as it leads to fire. I told this thing to the store keeper but he is careless and he is not dealing properly. It was damaged on 12.05.2015 and i given complaint to more meaga mart may i help center and they said your only sales person and they given another person number. After given complaint to him he send a person after three days. he taken photographas and he told that i will send bangalore quality department for research for how it happened. I ask him how many days it takes he said me 20 to 30 days. I dont understand how can they check the quality with photographs. worst situation iam facing with this product and service people. my friends suggest me to buy this stove, i suggust you to dont buy this worst product

                                                    I purchased Pigeon 2 burner Glass top gas stove before 1.8 years purchased at Valllioor, Tirunelveli District, Tamilnadu and settled at Chennai. I serviced it nearly 5 times regarding the burner issues. Burner is getting fired and bombed. 5 service men serived the same and it is not getting rectified. No support from the customer care side.

From the beginning till now the burners are not working properly. There is some problem in the gas passage through the burners. I purchased the 3 burner stove on 12th may 2012 with a 2 year warranty. Already once I complained to you on the leakage of gas and your person attended with a replacement of connector at the back. This happend during last year. Now still the same problem persists. I find there is no safety in using this stove at all as gas oozes out very fast. I plan to scrap this stove and before doing I wanted to give this information. 1) Can I get a replacement for this burner as waranty still exists 2) Please send your representitive for a thorough check-up 3) In case you do not agree for point 1, then I prefer not buy any pigeon product in the future.                                                             I bought glass top gas stove during Dasherra by a dealer/reseller at Mathikere; from day one it has problem with gas flow - when contacted the reseller he provided a toll free number[protected] the funny thing is this number is active from Monday to Saturday and most of the time No Answer - if they answered if you are lucky there is no information with them. Finally i booked a complaint on 30 october and they provided a complaint number 99367 - today is December 4th no one visited or called for the complaint. We got the confirmation that a person with mobile number [protected] (forgotten his name) is the service engineer for our call - i spoke to him several times his constant answer is "I have more works and cannot come to your place " finally i managed to take his manager number : Mr.Nagaraj mobile number [protected] : he is least bothered to receive call ... i tried several times and sent message also ... no use. I am waiting since a month to use the stove ... is it the way of handling customer query ... if anybody have higher authority number please contact me ... it is not he question of 5K stove ... it is how they are playing with customers... very irresponsible, irregular associates filled in Pigeon. ...                                                             We have purchased 2 burner Pigeon Gas stove from Mantri Mall in Bangalore on 27 October 2013. We tried to use it but there is some abnormal sound in the Gas stove. We contacted your service centre Complaint No. 105339 on 11th November 2013. Till now there is nobody to look into our problem. We have been calling the Pigeon Service # [protected] but no help and support is provided. 99 times out of 100 the number is either switched off or not reacheable. We got few other numbers of Mr. Parshuram and Mr. Jagdish. These guys are not helpful either. We are very unfortunate to have purchased Pigeon although Prestige was available at the same price. However we are preparing a nice video with all details of your great service which we will upload on youtube and also we will provide you a link. People in India should know what kind of service Pigeon gives. We will not let others suffer like how we are suffering. However we will pay money outside and get that product serviced. We assure that you will get very good response in future from your loyal customers.
