Not working since morning...

The burner is not working...

In 2 months, glass of glass top burner break...

I bought the kettle in the month of October 2020 and now the kettle is not working. I am not able to contact the customer care also. Plz rply asap...

I am filed a service request on ur toll free number on 9 dec 2020 for my pigeon cruise cooktop induction. Ur costumer support team gave me a service engineer number on 11 dec 2020. I call her but he refused to service than again i call back to ur costumer support and again they gave me a new engineer number. I am call on that number he tell me that he comes tomorrow i allowed her. After that day he tell me daily for come in morning and evening...

As i tried to toast a bread on my new Pigeon OTG for the first time, suddenly fumes and pungent smell started coming out of it, so i immediately switch it off ...I tried to call Customer care but there was no response, i even mail my query to Customer care id but still no response ...really disappointed as i was not knowing about such a pathetic Customer care service by pigeon...

I had purchased pigeon induction favourite 1800 w but it is not working....

I have taken this product from flipkart. Favourite induction cooktop stops working automatically....

I have purchased 3 burner gas stove from flipkart order id: od[protected] on 26 aug 2020.But it's big burner not working properly leaving black ash during cooking. The gas stove having 2 year warranty. Please do the needful....

I bought pigeon induction cooktop through Flipkart by November month. It worked only for 10 days and it stopped working. I tried to reach out to service center and response was not good. Since this is a new product could you please provide replacement for this....

Dear sir i have purcheased 5l rice cooker in DMART which has warranty of 5 years .when i was started using it whistle of the cooker is not is working the air was releasing from sides of the cooker and i was worried about blasting, so kindly requesting to replace new one....

We had purchased a pressure pan in Amazon in Oct 2020, When it was used for the first time it got burst and entire kitchen got spoiled, luckily my sister in the kitchen escaped narrowly.

It is very disappointing and not expected from a renowned brand.

Its so shame of pigeon. We are gonna take this to consumer forum....

Induction Oven Error Problem, not woking. Please solve this problem ASAP....

My induction cooktop has stopped been working and whenever we switch it on then the whole light gets off, it seems to be like that some wire got attached with each other....

I have call last month regarding my Coker back side half removed customer care team said our representative call and vist but not get any response I call today and they said that will resolve with 2 days you have to mail but once I droppe mail that is showing not in service mail id it's really pathetic service call me and resolve my problem
