I have a Pigeon India brand 2 burner Gas Stove (Glass Cook Top) and it’s under warranty. I'm facing an issue with the product: the left-side knob is jammed and not working. So, I contacted Stovekraft customer care and reported the incident, and they provided the service partner's contact details.

I contacted the service partner; the first time, they picked up my call and said that the technician would visit soon, but no one came to check. After that, I tried to call them multiple times, but they did not pick up. I tried calling many times, but there was no response. Then, I reported the issue to Stovekraft customer care again 2-3 times, and in response, they said the service partner would contact me, but it didn't happen.

It has been more than 15 days since my issue arose and it remains unresolved. I'm expecting action to be taken on my problem to resolve it ASAP because it's difficult to cook on a single burner.

I bought Pigeon By Stovekraft Special Aluminium Pressure Cooker with Outer Lid Induction and Gas Stove Compatible 3 Litre in October 2023. Since then, 2 incidents have happened with this cooker, my mother had a narrow escape. The cooker was working fine, the whistle was also blowing, but then suddenly I don't know what happened, the cooker fell away without opening the lid of the cooker and all the dal inside also came out with a loud noise, the thing to think about is that the lid of the cooker was still closed. But all the dal inside came out in the air. Mummy also got a little burnt due to hot water. I hope we will get full support from your side before any major accident happens.

I have bought Induction stove on Oct 2023 but product is not working.

The new pressure cooker blasted in first use itself. My chimney broke in addition to my wall painting which discoloured. Apart from this i myself was in kitchen luckily did not get injured.

I had purchased a glass top gas stove of pigeon from flipkart which was delivered to me on 15th Dec. It got cracked suddenly without even using. I had complained about this to the company . One person contacted me and asked me to send the photo of the glass top so that he will raise a request for the availability of the glass. After that he is not responding to my calls and I am not getting any response from the customer care also. I want a solution as soon as possible

Within 10 months, 1 Burner struck, not working properly and the knob worn out. Tried to contact number of times but no proper response from you.

I have purchased Pigeon Blue Electric Rechargeable Hand Blender through Myntra couple of months back. From last few days we are not able to charge the Blender. It stopped working after 2 months of the purchase date.

Could you please provide the procedure to claim the warranty for this product.

Please address this issue ASAP.

Pigeon Gas stove not properly burning and it is producing some sound while burning

I bought a piegon induction from flipkart in april, which have a year manufacturer warranty.
I raised a service ticket, technician calls me and asked for 250 rs as visit charges otherwise i have to go to service centre located around 20 km from my place.
What kind of warranty is this as they promised to provide onsite services but now asking huge amount.
I too have recording of technician asking money .

Got defective aluminium pressure cooker which has induction base and 5 years warrenty.

Auto cut switch is not working, and every time there is overflow .
this malfunction is regular and within three months of my purchase

This cooker i purchased on 20/03/2023 . After few days its not working properly. whistle is not proper, leakage issue also there. Pressure regulator is not proper working
It is under warranty.
