I bought a piegon induction from flipkart in april, which have a year manufacturer warranty.
I raised a service ticket, technician calls me and asked for 250 rs as visit charges otherwise i have to go to service centre located around 20 km from my place.
What kind of warranty is this as they promised to provide onsite services but now asking huge amount.
I too have recording of technician asking money .
