The induction just stopped working out of nowhere

I bought a pigeon induction cooktop a month ago and just within two weeks o[censored]sing, it suddenly stopped working. And it's been 5 days I'm trying to reach out to customer service but they're not picking up the call....

    Hi.. Even i have also purchased Pegion Electronic kettle in AUg 2021 which has been going issues in and out.. and no one is responding to my concerns, also the customer care numbers mentioned on the website is also not helping the purpose...I have a 1 year old baby for which warming water was an ease with this kettle but know im facing a difficulty..

            Hello Sir,

            My self Achla from Udaipur. I placed an order of pigeon electric kettle from flipkart by 31 dec-2021. Here is my order number OD[protected].

            The kettle is not working now. And I am continuously trying Pigeon helpline number but it's not connecting & not responding.

            The Kettle is totally damage with in 4 days & after that i am following the same to pigeon & flipkart for the same but not no one is responding satisfactory answer.

            i am also sending the bill attachment & with this complaint.

            Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                  I have purchased 3 presser cooker...bt quality of product is very bad...there is a issue of water drops, nd steaming coming outside from cooker when it's closed, it's very highly risky product...don't play with others life...to sale this type of product..
