I bought Pigeon Favourite Induction Cooktop through online portal on Jan 01st, 2021 and I have also applied one year extra warranty by paying extra amount. But now it is not working before the warranty period. And through customer call I registered a complaint (num: 1912152) but after that I didn't receive any calls or messages from service center.
Kindly consider my complaint and do the favour.
