                I bought pigeon manual breast pump basic edition on 19.10.2021 from chemist shop when we are using it we found breast pump is faulty it is not sucking or pump is not working when we complaint about the product at the chemist shop he said company will replace it .

                    मैंने 1 महीने पूर्व मिक्सी खरीदी थी जो कि लगभग 10 दिन के बाद काम नहीं कर रही थी l कई बार कस्टमर केयर को कंप्लेन भी किया लेकिन मुझे अभी तक मेरी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नहीं हो रही है l मुझे ऐसा लगता है कि कस्टमर केयर में बिल्कुल नकारा आदमी बैठे हुए हैं तथा वह फरदर रिपेयरिंग के लिए जिसका नंबर देते हैं वह भी बिल्कुल नकारा है ना तो कोई कॉल अटेंड करता ना ही कोई सही से जवाब देता है l मेरी कंप्लेन संज्ञान में लें तथा इसका निस्तारण करें l धन्यवाद

                                I bought Pigeon Favourite Induction Cooktop through online portal on Jan 01st, 2021 and I have also applied one year extra warranty by paying extra amount. But now it is not working before the warranty period. And through customer call I registered a complaint (num: 1912152) but after that I didn't receive any calls or messages from service center.
