Reg : Pigeon Favourite Induction Cooktop Repair before warranty period

Hi,
I bought Pigeon Favourite Induction Cooktop through online portal on Jan 01st, 2021 and I have also applied one year extra warranty by paying extra amount. But now it is not working before the warranty period. And through customer call I registered a complaint (num: 1912152) but after that I didn't receive any calls or messages from service center.
Kindly consider my complaint and do the favour....

Induction not working buy only one month

Glass top gas stove

One burner which was repaired/ replaced with nozzle of earlier complaint is again not at all working.
It is required to put correct burner nozzle....

Stainless Steel Stove (2 burner) got erected on the 2 sides of the 2 burners

Address:NGGOS Colony, Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

I brought my stainless steel 2 burner stove in Jan 2021 with 2 year full warranty. But within 3months, the burner facing side steel got erected which prevented the vessels to withstand properly on it but somehow we have adjusted but again after 5months the steel on the other side of the other burner also started getting erected due to heat. I have checked with multiple sales representatives and shops and they all said this is the first time...

My pigeon induction cook top isn't working properly since 1st August, 2021. Fan is not revoluting after switching on the device. After 2 - 3 minutes of switching on the device there has been a display showing e6 and the cook top stops heating alternately. It is presumed to have manufacturing defect and needs immediate repair.

pigeon cooktop not working well

My pigeon induction cooker doesn't work well ..After a certain time there's an Display showing e3 and it stops heating alternatively..
also I call Service center Daltonganj (Jharkhand)Through call mob no. [protected] since 5 days But did'not Response till Time. so what can i do ?
I think your pegion company gives very dirty service. And we should also make Others aware for this....
