I brought my stainless steel 2 burner stove in Jan 2021 with 2 year full warranty. But within 3months, the burner facing side steel got erected which prevented the vessels to withstand properly on it but somehow we have adjusted but again after 5months the steel on the other side of the other burner also started getting erected due to heat. I have checked with multiple sales representatives and shops and they all said this is the first time they came across such kind of an issue with stainless steel getting erected due to overheat. I only use the stove for domestic cooking purpose and there is no chance of excess heating as well. Since the steel is made of poor quality it resulted in the erection. I have even raised a complaint and a pigeon service rep have come and seen and taken pictures 3 weeks ago and said he will report it to the Team in Bangalore and last week when I checked with him for the replacement since I have more than 1yr warranty more but he stated that the product cannot be replaced and they would set the erected steel right and give it back. Since the stove already had an issue so there is no point in fixing the erection and giving it back to me because again after few months it would erect. I would like to have a replacement so I am raising this complaint. I need a valid resolution as soon as possible. Find the attached images for clear understanding.

Purchases a 4 Burner Glasstop Pegion Infinity Gas Stove on July 18, 2021 via flipkart the Knobs are not working. I tried reach customer care via Phone, SMS, Whatsapp and email however, no response received at all. We need someone to repair.

My pigeon induction cook top isn't working properly since 1st August, 2021. Fan is not revoluting after switching on the device. After 2 - 3 minutes of switching on the device there has been a display showing e6 and the cook top stops heating alternately. It is presumed to have manufacturing defect and needs immediate repair.

I think your pegion company gives very dirty service. And we should also make Others aware for this.

The middle burner is off. The button have stuck and jam. The knobs are not rotating properly. Need service at 431005 ASAP

I am complaining about gas stove flame, which is very low, often gets off suddenly. The middle stove is absolutely not working. The problem is from the day we bought it but could not raise the issue earlier. Bought date - 1st Jan 2021.

I bought a handy Chooper XL from Amazon India on June 2021 and after 1 use the pulling rope was broken. I called the Amazon but the time to return item is passed by2 days and they asked me to call the company because it was on the warranty for 1 month. I did call the ci and talked with Anil Sharma who told that he will send one to pick up the Chooper. The guy came on the gate to canadian Embassy and took the Chooper with him on 28 of June. I’m until now, I called several times Sharma and nobody pickup the phone and I didn’t get my chooper from this time.
What can We do now?

I had taken my1 L aluminum pressure cooker on 4 aug 18 and after some months its induction plate on base get detached from cooker.now it is very difficult to me for handling this
I had also done call to customers but they doesn't receive my call
