Pine Labs — Didn't receive my swiping pos machine | |||||
Hi, I had paid mr. Raghavendra salunke who is the area sales manager in vasco da gama, goa amount of rs 4485 for pine labs pos swiping machine. But still i have not received it. I have received a invoice receipt of my amount on my email id [protected]@gmail.com. I tried calling mr. Ragvendra salunke from many days but his mobile number 91-[protected], but m getting the number switched off. I dont know what i should do because of such poor and disgusting customer support from pine labs. I want my money back. O else ill have to file a complaint against pine labs. Sir i cancelled my order to purchase the swipe machine from Pine Labs Pvt Ltd. on 24 January 2017. But Dehradun Branch Head of Company Mr. Somit and Sales Man Manish are continuously telling lie about the process of refunding. Plz sir suggest or take some action against the team and company
