I have a business named O2 For Everyone in Kolkata where we work in a Medical Equipment Business and we used Pine Labs to accept two Payments on 13th January of ₹9200 and ₹4000 and both were received via UPI and Pine Labs has not been responding positively and their executive Mr. Satyanand is just passing time every single day.
I have been told by the Escalation Team on Friday that the settlement is surely to be done within Monday and today they are just passing on time with no real commitment of settlement.
