This is to inform that i have purchased a mobile phone iphone 11 under pinelabs cashback scheme where they have promised to provide cashback of 6 thousand rupees with in 120 days. It’s been more than 120 days. I haven’t received cashback till now. And whenever iam trying to reach out to customer support there are not responding to any email and not resolving any issue. I have faced a problem we’re support person (‭+[protected]‬) asked me give her call back and then when i tried calling back she blocked my number. Am
Not getting any help from any individual and not even from their higher management. Kindly refund my cashback.

Your pinelab agent "luvkush", mobile no. [protected] deals with us by installing your swipe machine in january 18 for 500 rupees rental charge with first 3 months free service. Your lab deduct 1742 rupee on 3 march and i complaint regarding this with your agent luvkush and on your toll free no but i m not getting any solution for this problem yet. Now you are asking for 885 rupees monthly which is against to your deal.

Ye jo pinelabs payment comapny hai ek number ki fraud 420 company hai.
logo se card swiping machine k naam par advance payment le leti hai and na hi machine lagati hai aur na hi regund karti hai.
3 dec 2018 ko mere ghar SHIVAM naam ka banda aya tha jo ki is company ka sales man tha, maine sare documents and advance cheque ise de diya and ye bola k 4 se 7 din me aapki machine lag jayega and aaj pura 3 month hone ko aye hai na hi meri machine lagi aur na hi mera refund mila.
aur na hi ye SHIVAM mera call pick karta hai. ios shivam se bachkar rahe ye pura 420 ka kaam karta hai and isi tarah se apne customer banata hai., main to copmpany and is SHIVAM par 420 ka case kar raha hu.
aap log kisi b company ki machine le lena but PINE LABS ki mat lena .qki jab ye log refund karne me hi itna time laga rahe hai to socho swipnig karne par ye kya karte.

Radio gram and i needed a machine with battery backup but pine lab does not provided me since 23/07/2018 have been dedited 2385 rs since i mailed pine labs once call from lucknow local team and no call pickup by the sales person my name is jasvinder singh batra [protected]

Pine labs atm card swipe machine isn't working. Last 18day s always your machine is problem for us your workman comes repair the macnine.. And get money and go and then macnine comes in same proplem. This time thy asking to repair rs 75000. Mothy we pay u rent for service this to much so kindley help us tosurrender the machine until don"nt take monthy rent...

As committed by pine labs staff i was told that msf will be charged @1.25% on credit cards but i have been charged 2.1% so i am not interested in there terminal and i told them to kindly deinstall terminal and refund my amount that was deposited during installation that was 7080 deposit on 25-10-18 i have been mailing them regularly on plutus. They are fraud people. Don't even let their sale person named manish tyagi even enter your premise. He is the most unprofessional rogue i have come across. He will make promises never to fulfill and then talk rubbish. They deduct unsolicited amount from your account and then try to justify it. I have been asking them to uninstall my mahine but no use. Third class company and fourth class employees like manish tyagi.

Reference no. Is : 1190104. Sales rm emp code: 10546 (Lalit rawat), manager emp code: 3296 (Ashish sharma). These guys took the entire year service fee of rs 7080 in a single instalment on 19 november 2018. Promised to install the pos machine at my clinic in 5 days. It has been 20 days. The guy has stopped taking call. No reply to repeated complaints sent on plutus. [protected]@pinelabs.com.

We are use pine lab my IDBI bank account is connect with us.
We are apply for change our bank account number of IDBI bank indapur to my new account of HDFC bank indapur, in solapur branch before 20 days to MR.Sayyad he report to his office and submit .but till date my problem was not solve we are call in office but no one can replay please help us....

Still machin not workin. I called customer care more than 5-6 time.
I am paying 708 rs as rent monthly ur service is so poor

From '6th july im behind pine labs & icici bank to take action against issuing credit card swipe machine to mr. Sasi kumar in my shop name without my knowledge where i’m the proprietor...

Dear sirs,

The edc machines of 2 nos ti d nos 4180858 and 41142150 are very slow in the favourite shop commercial street kindly track or give us the new machines because we are facing lots of problems right front of the customers. Customers are getting annoyed and going out with out a purchase. This very embarrassing. So kindly do the need full immediately.

My request has been registered vide i'd 1094874 on dated 15 the march 18. But as on date i haven't received any confirmation. I am totally harassed by the company. After several telephonic and mail communication also i am not getting any response from pine labs to deactivate the same. Unwanted charges are deducted from my bank account due to this pos machine.

Dear sir. Above mentioned complaint issue id :- 948530. What are the documents required to solve the problem we have attached plutus. Support. Plz find that attachments and refund the amount customer account very emergency. This problem is regarding credit card swipe in pine labs edc on october dated :- 01/10/2017 in digital hub kolar karnataka the customer want buy a smartphone on credit card the actual smartphone price is rs 13600/- in this amount was wrong swipe 136000/- this is the problem

We booked pinelab swap machine in the month of august and still waiting
The unique reply of employees are outstanding
They are not able to trace us
Though have all documents
Sometime they forgot to addres
Some time they are not able to process due to their own problems
Cause they work only 5 days a week and these are very few days to work and deliver in a month
The senior manager is stilling looking out for solutions by pleading sales executive

I have two pine lab machine at uttam nagar delhi location. I request to kindly add bajaj finance and bajaj finserv transaction option in pine lab machine so that i can accept bajaj finance card and accept the payment, nowadays credit card customer are less than bajaj finance card holder and i have to pay monthly rental to the pine lab for nothing. Pls add bajaj finance merchant option to have smoother payment orelse refund my money back i will purchase new card swipe machine from anywhere else.

Hi,

I had paid mr. Raghavendra salunke who is the area sales manager in vasco da gama, goa amount of rs 4485 for pine labs pos swiping machine.
But still i have not received it. I have received a invoice receipt of my amount on my email id [protected]@gmail.com.

I tried calling mr. Ragvendra salunke from many days but his mobile number 91-[protected], but m getting the number switched off.

I dont know what i should do because of such poor and disgusting customer support from pine labs.

I want my money back. O else ill have to file a complaint against pine labs.

I bought two laptops from “Karthik Business Machines, Jayanagar, Bangalore”.
First purchase - 15th Sep 2012. Amount Rs34763/-. Used Citibank credit card.
