Pine Labs — wrong debit in my current account twicecomplaint register marked as resolved

I proprietor of Hotel India Library Road Mussoorie, my registered mobile no is [protected], I am not a active member of PINE Labs, not using any POS machine from the last 3-5 years and even not holding any POS Machine at my premises.

I wished to inform you that my current account was debited twice for Rs 100/- each once on 20.11.25 vide transaction no [protected] and secondly on 26.11.25 vide transaction no [protected].

when I am not holding and not dealing with your company, them why my account was debited twice, please expedite and requested to refund the charges wrongly debited to my account.

I have submitted the above complaint why this is marked as resolved???
