Pinelabs — Amount debited from the customer account but not credited to beneficiary account

Ranju Automobiles Pvt Ltd, located at Bokaro steel City. Bokaro Jharkhand are using Pine Lab having a pos device beaning serial No.[protected].Our registered mobile no. [protected] and registered email Id is ranju.[protected]@gmail.com .
There was a QR transaction made by a customer Mr. Reghunath Kewat on dated 13 Jan 2022 at 12.41PM worth Rs 6, 000 (Six thousand only/-) successfully as per customer record, details also attached herewith whose transaction id is T2201131241009704735856. Rs 6, 000/- is yet not credited to our bank account. Many times, we tried to contact customer care but no concrete solution we received so far.
