Mr. Satyajit Mallick Marketing Manager from Pinelabs was committed me that I will use there Swipe Machine for 3months if machine will not suitable for me then I can return machine any time without any locking period or any De-installion charges.

Now from last 4 months i have complained for De-installion because machine is useless for me (not worked as our customer are get back).
Company customer care saying Machine Locking Period 1yr, before 1yr locking period if I will de-install machine then I have to pay 2000+GST charges for same.
When I have informed same to Mr. Satyajit he said no charges for De-installion.

I have send several emails to Pinelab customer support but no one responding my mail. Only then are calling me & give false assurance that they will give updates regarding this issue.

In such time delay pinelabs charged me rental for that machine which is due now.

There was a QR transaction made by a customer Mr. Reghunath Kewat on dated 13 Jan 2022 at 12.41PM worth Rs 6, 000 (Six thousand only/-) successfully as per customer record, details also attached herewith whose transaction id is T2201131241009704735856. Rs 6, 000/- is yet not credited to our bank account. Many times, we tried to contact customer care but no concrete solution we received so far.

I made a transaction of ₹4000 at the ‘new balance’ store in ambience mall, gurgaon. Which was successful from my end and the merchant supposedly did not receive it. Then they had me make another payment with the promise to return the money once they get the confirmation of the first ‘failed’ transaction. This was promised to be done in 2 days from the purchase, upon asking for the return they suggested i talk to PAYTM and get my issue resolved from them. PAYTM told me that they have no power in this situation and i should talk to SBI. SBI told me the payment succeeded and to talk to the merchant. Now the merchant asked me to wait 9 working days and it’s been more than 2 weeks now and they’ve stopped responding and giving me updates.

On 22/03/2021 i sold a product of Rs.80, 000 on hdfc debit card emi from pinelabs swipe machine, but money still is not credited to my accoun. Please let me know what is the problem going on? Even i have complained many times still my money is not credited to my account. Please help me

Iam from KP Creations, secunderabad. we are using pinelabs machine for credit and debit card swipes at our shop. on 25th of december 2019 we have swiped Rs 50000/- from our customer and did the settlement as usually we do every day. We dint receive the amount next day and waited for 3 days, we dint receive the same in our account. Then called customer care of pine labs and explained them the issue. they have sent their executive to collect the documents for proof. we have submitted all. after that also no response from pine labs. Then we mailed to the company regarding the issue. no response. mailed almost 10 times asking to resolve the problem. no response.
Then i visited their branch office in hyderabad and explained the issue. they asked me to mail few documents which we have mailed the same day tat is on[protected]. They had promised once we submit the documents it will be processed in 2 days. Its 11th feb today. iam following up with them and in return iam getting response from them is OUR COMPANY HAS KEPT THE AMOUNT ON REVIEW. WE WILL UPDATE ABOUT THE SAME IN 2 DAYS.

Its 49 days now for that transaction. Their response is its under review.

I want to know does it take 49 to 50 days to review 1 transaction. still not sure when will i get the amount but this is what the update iam getting from pinelabs.

As its so late and i have bared the loss of that amount. i want the company to pay the amount with interest.

But i have not received the same yet
The company pinelabs is not giving me any satisfactory answer
I have sent many mails but the mails which they perovide me on which my are also not dilivering
