I had booked a ticket from maq - mangalore central to sbc - bangalore on 21st august 2018.
But as the train was late for more than 3 hours and passenger has not travelled from it's departure time so i filed a tdr, which was registered on 27th august 2018.
My pnr number is [protected].
My ticket id is 1658941.
The reference number for the tdr filed is [protected].
It has already been one month since the tdr was was registered.
Kindly provide me with the information about the refund status and refund as soon as possible or i shall take an higher action.
Please consider my inconvenience and see to it that the refund is provided as soon as possible.
