Sir,
I took a counter ticket in waiting on 2/nov/2019 from jhansi to nizamuddin for the journey date of 3/nov/2019. My ticket doesn't get confirm and because of sunday counter was closed due to which i couldn't get my ticket cancel from the counter so i called irctc to make the ticket cancel where it's customer executive said to cancel the ticket online on irctc website and get the refund for the same from counter within 24 to 48 hours. When today i went there for the collection of refund from the ticket booking counter they said to collect it from boarding station so i went to boarding station which is 50kms far fromy place to collect the refund then they said it's too late and no refund will be given. Now please help me out what to do..??
Sir,
I am in train no 15910 with PNR no [protected] in B2. The laundry service has not provided us bed sheet for both our berth. They are saying we don't have the bed sheet. I am traveling with my pregnant wife.
Kindly do the needful at your end

    I am a student and citizen of village nimiyaghat station, and in our village many people like me have to face some problems with less availability of trains for going to asansol or gaya, it becomes a very large crowd in 1 train. And also it becomes problem for us when we are traveling to ranchi or bokaro. One train patna hatia super is crossing everyday through our station so please make it's stoppage to our station and...

    My name is gurmeet singh gandhi. I was travelling from ramgarh cantt to ludhaina in 18101 tata jammu tawi on[protected]. and what happen my dad bought a water and he asked the Rs.20 for that water when i asked him that why are you askingfor Rs 20 then he told me that my manager asked to charged Rs. 20 for the Water and Rs.10 for the tea normal Tea and when i complaint to Irctc regarding this they told me that the actions will be taken within 30 minutes and if the actions will not be taken call back once again on the same complaint number. And after that one person came to me after 30 minutes and ask me to compermise i told them that i will not compermise and they told me that it will it will not happen again but astill after minutes same thing happened and when i called irctc regarding this them they told me that no your complaints is already registered we can't do anything regarding this. Then what i did i asked the caterer to call the manager and asked for the rate menu but he didn't brought any menu and started debating when he start debating i hold his bucket and asked him that until you will called your manager or bring the rate list i will not return you back and after that they called me on the pantry and started abusing me telling me that if you will not return your complaint then we will throw you out from this train and strted giving me intimidation and started clapping me and saying that in whole train only you want the justice no one else want the justice and told me that id you will try to do anything this is the last warning to you if you will not stop doing all this we will throw you out. I just want the government to take the legal actions related to this and help the public not to face all this problem again

      I'm requesting to piyush goyal that our konkan railways in a very bad condition I'm travelling once in a month from ratnagiri to panvel there is so much crowded in konkan trains whole years I can see that crowd in konkan railways I have seen so many times that people traveling in a very bad condition for 7, 8 hours people get a ticket but they didn't get set I'm requesting to piyush goyal just once time look to konkan railways what a bad condition is there I'm also same traveling like whole people are traveling I m thinking to travel in konkan railways so many times I have lefted my trains bcz there's no place to stand also then what I will think to seat my extremely request to railway minister established a one more train to konkan people like a konkan Kanya .

        Ham sab Delhi me kiraye ke makan me rahata tha. Our mera pati roj thela par sabji bechta tha .our apne pariwar ka jivan yapan karta tha.main delhi me 5 years se rah raha tha. Mera pati girdhari sah kuch jaruri kam se apne ghar shyambazar ke liye tren me ticket kata kar bhagalpur wali tren pakri . Jab mean chanda devi apne sasural phone kiya our bola ki raja ke papa ghar pahucha. To bola nahi pahucha hai .
        Tab main pura pareshan ho gaya. Tab main delhi stesion ja ke khojbin kiya. Par nahi mila. Jagal-jagah khoja par nahi mila. Agle din pata chala ki ek aadmi tren se kat kar mouth ho gaya hai. Jiska pahchan nahi ho paya hai. Shav ko delhi Ospital me rakha gaya hai. TabMain turant jake Ospital pahucha .jaishe un aadmi ka chehara dekha to.wo our koi nahi wo raja ke papa the. Unke parijan ro ro kar bura hal ho gaya. Yeh ghatna 8/3/2015 ka hai.
        Lekin abhi tak rail mantri muhabaza nahi dilwaya hai. Kya yahi hai niyaa.
        ...agar rail mantri piyush goyal sir ko jara sa bhi daya hoga to jarur kuch madat dilwaywe sir .

          Dear sir

          Yesterday i booked ticket pnr number: [protected] in train 12617 from agra ct to delhi for my wife and kid.

          Train is late by more than 3 hours now. I tried to cancel ticket in irctc site but it is not allowing for current ticket and refund is not happening.
          This is a example of bad service and cheating with consumer.

          Whatever type of ticket it may be, if railway is failed to provide service, it should refund the money.

          Kindly look into this and help.

            Platforms 6&7 have escalator access to fob but not matched with identical facility from station entrance to fob which greatly inconveniences senior citizens, physically challenged etc., with luggages to climb a flight of stairs 2 floors high especially to catch early morning journey.

            Possibility exists to immediately convert the stairway just behind the booking office to a ramp for which space exists.

            If airlines can provide mobile ramps of similar height to enable boarding aircraft whenever it doesn't dock with aerobridge, railways with full fledged engineering division can do it within the authority of divisional manager / divisional engineer.
            I am in 11107 A1 . today its start from allahabad now .. bathroom is like acid drum and without ticket 5 members are 19 to 22 seat numbers and using abuse language continue ... all have no manner .. and Ttt is individual ...

              We have booked ticket moradabad to howrah against pnr# [protected] in train no. 13006 / asr hwr mail on 8th nov 18 boarding was moradabad but unfortunately train diverted between ambala cant jn (Umb) and pt. Deen dayal upadhyaya jn so train not touching the boarding station. I have filled the tdr to refund the ticket amount of rs. 6675.00 but tdr repudlated while reason was correct, screenshot is also attached for your ready reference.

                I travel to bvi to bywer in train no 19707.in date 05/11/18. There are heavy rush in train & no tte checker available till adi. Around 160 passenger or more than. My coach no s/9. Seat no 47&55. No rpf squad for routine check. Most passenger are normal ticket no waiting ticket. After adi one tte come for checking. I complained for the same to tte they told me pick season he aisa to rahega hi. Then what is different between general coach & reservation. I hope some action for this

                    To book 1 tatkal tkt on 20.10.18 from kota to bbsr opened irctc site on 19.10.18 before 10am and though till 10.04am it showed available-70 but did not show book, but immediately showed not available for which i failed to book a ticket. How?? It is an indication of misutilising of irctc site by few staffs and harassing the passengers. These people are defaming ir, the largest transport system of the country run by govt. Strict examplary action need to be taken against them. Clips in support are attached.

                      I have booked ticket from adi to nagpur in sleeper birth. Train is run 4 to 5 hours after reached bhusawal jn. All general passenger intered in my bogie and threaten that passenger sleep on set. I called 182 railway help line bhut no one is received my call. I called 8 to 9 times no. One response then i do massage on [protected] no. Reference id is generated but no. Is come. Than what is the railway rule or duty. This type of croud in sleeper birth.
                      What is this?
                      Where is tc.?
                      Where is rpf?
                      If we expended my for relax travelling and safe traveling.

                        I am traveling from us to india and booked my train reservation for ooty with pnr number [protected] and pnr number [protected]. This trip as planned and accordingly i traveled to ooty from bengaluru and to my surprise despite of excellent weather train was cancelled between stations.
                        Due to this all my hotel bookings, travel expenses, in between travel expenses were gone for toss. I wanted railways to reimburse my close to 25000 expenses in this case. Reason being when i cancel the confirmed reservation, railways deduct money and when it's railways turn, why don't you reimburse.
                        Pls let me know your response as if required i might reach court to file my case.

                          I thought indian railway will take care of passengers and give service what they charge but i am so disappointed with the condition of jammu delhi rajdhani. Irctc charged rs 2300 for 2ac where as normal fare is rs 1300 for 2ac. Only difference is food which is so bad and in any case not more than 100 rs. Roof of toilet was broken.

                            I had booked a ticket from maq - mangalore central to sbc - bangalore on 21st august 2018.
                            But as the train was late for more than 3 hours and passenger has not travelled from it's departure time so i filed a tdr, which was registered on 27th august 2018.

                            My pnr number is [protected].
                            My ticket id is 1658941.
                            The reference number for the tdr filed is [protected].
                            It has already been one month since the tdr was was registered.
                            Kindly provide me with the information about the refund status and refund as soon as possible or i shall take an higher action.
                            Please consider my inconvenience and see to it that the refund is provided as soon as possible.

All vendors of huge physic thrashing language. Have no fear for authority like police and railway prashasan... Puriafratafri dabangai machai huiyee hai.. Aur yatriyo k saang abhadra vyavhar aur substandard without fda or railway approved licences without uniform and batch.

                              Yatriyo me dar rahta hai k hum bina ticket chadengey toh pakdey jayengey aur kanooni karvahi hogi uske vajesey vey ticket lekar chaldtey hai train me aur ek taraf aisee puri arajakta dekhneme aati hai toh pura maan hatash aur thaagaa sa mahsus honey lagta haii.. Kyu k in sabhi mafias aur gangs ko local railway police aur authorities ka sanraksan hota hai.

                              Because we r law abiding traveller s and they i. E beggars vendors etc etc break law in and out without they board the train.

                              In train throughout journey no tte no police no any competent authority i have seen and observe. Then in majburi i had to call to delhi railway administration... How this it can b like this... Yatriyo ko bhed bakri k tarah bhediyo k bharosey raam bharosey hindu hotel ki tarah chood diyaa jaataa hai...😖😢😡😠

                              I hope hon'ble minister will look into the matter.

There is lot of public are entered in sl class coach... They dont have reaervation tickets. When i told to tc for resolve this... He replied... His work is only checking of tickets... And get fines from them.. But about these peoples who paid money for reservation. Pls look into this... We r suffering...

                                    Res. Sir, i had booked 6 berths for my family for 18th nov. 2018 against pnr no.[protected] in train no. 22122 mumbai ltt a|c sf express. Out of 6 passengers, 4 are sr. Citizens comprising of 2 old females. Sir, i am very much perturbed to note that despite availability of 125 berths, not a single lower berth has been alloted to female sr. Citizens. The 2 sr. Females are patients of sugar n arthritis and have to use the washroom quite frequentlly. Unless atleast 2 lower berths are alloted to us, we will have no option except to cancel our journey for shirdi for holy darshan of satshree sainath. I shall be grateful i[censored] could kindly help.

                                      At midnight some has one stolen my bag when I was sleeping.

                                      I came to know about the incident before reaching the train in Khargpur Station.

                                      I have lodge a FIR to Khargpur Raiway Police through Howrah GRPS.

                                      FIR No. 00/18/346

                                      I have lost my cash, mobile phone, Adhar card, 3 no. of Debit card

                                      Surprising think is that my co-passengers were telling that theft of ladies purse is very common in this train. So my question is

                                      Why Railway police is not taking any action.

                                      How do a thief moving freely in the midnight in a running train, in presence of railway police .

                                      If it is very common why no action has been taken by the railway police.

                                      My Mobile has been switch off in Ghatsila. Came to know through mobile tracker.

                                      Kindly look into the matter.

                                        My laptop was stolen today on malwa express on way to Jammu tawi at panipat. I am travelling in second a.c.. there is no railway police personnel on train. My mother was lying down at seat number 43 on coach a-1. when someome came and quietly lifted it. Moreover, many outsiders travel on train. No security. Pl help. Whole of my 20 years work and my child, s memories are there. Pl help.

                                          I was travelling in janshatabdi express (Train number 12072) from aurangabad to dadar. One of the men who serves food items in ac coach dropped a coffee on my office shirt resulting in the irremovable stains on my shirt, after questioning he was behaving rudely instead of apologizing. I had to go to office directly after reaching the destination but due to this bizzare situation i got late.

                                          Sir, i am student i am going to lucknow with my elder brother for medical college joining with containg with one bag and one cartoon box, in cartoon box- my stationary item, shoes bata, trimmer philip, hair oil vedase, undergarments.
                                          One bag- with documents, clothes, 8, 000 rupee.

                                            Mathura station aane par train ke ander se mera laptop bag chori ho gaya hai, jiske ander laptop, redmi5 mobile, 2 atm cards, aadhar card, dl tha. Please sir help me. Main mca student hu aur jmi university of delhi se study kar rhi hu. Laptop chori hone se mera padai karna muskil hai. And i belong to middle family, we cannot afford to purchase new laptop aand mobile.

                                                Sir, i am travelling in train number 11013 coimbatore express from bangalore to coimbatore. Toilets are not clean and inadequate water. I wish to suggest that if you would bring use and pay system inside the trains then the travellers will try to keep the toilets clean. And one more thing that i had complained regarding delay yesterday and requested for refund to the extent of delay at the earliest

                                                  Sir i am a senior citizen and myself and my wife are traveling to coimbatore by train number 11013, kurla express which should have arrived by 10pm on 18th of april is delayed by 3.15pm and we patiently waiting at bangalore station. We request your good self to refund the amount for the delayed hours. Hope you will consider our claim on humanitarian grounds and refund.

                                                    About the coach from B2 yeshwantpur to sholapur express this birth is not proper Becoz B1 Nd B2 ac coach should be same but B2 is very thirdclass not proper seat nd even ac is nt working properly B2 is like genral coach so please check and get the details about this seat no is B2 25, 26, 27, 28 so we request you to se nd check yours BJP Karyakartha

                                                    I am regular passenger of Ganadevta express from Sathia to Howrah in West Bengal. Earlier in evening it delays by 15 min to 20 minutes but now days it is getting late by an hour and above.

                                                      Please refer to the subject matter... I am 61 year old and my wife is 58... Of late i am finding that when we book berths on irctc website it allots seat on upper berths or side berths (Upper & lower). This is very tiring for us to climb up & down especially as i am a heart patient.
                                                      I am a frequent traveller by rail and mostly by rajdhani express between delhi and mumbai. I was happy all these years as was getting lower berths always for me and my wife.

                                                      But of late it is not happening... Why? Why has system been changed for senior citizen like us...
                                                      Today only i booked one ticket for me by rajdhani (Tarvel from delhi to mumbai on 9th feb and bertnh allotted is a3 54) and have been alotted side upper berth.

                                                      Request you to please change system so that senior citizens like us are not harrassed... Request you to please send me feedback and if possible to reallot berth for my travel on 9th feb

                                                        Sir i have booked a train ticket from guwahati to dibrugarh by rajdhani express. I had opted for lower berths as i am unable to go to d upper seats on d train owing to my health n age. But i hv got an upper seat making it difficult for me to travel. Also, sir my daughter is traveling with me n so for safety reasons n to avoid suffocation she would also want a lower seat. Please look into d matter.
