Hello, builder buyer agreement not received from developer end since 2014 for "piyush eco village" at bhiwadi despite paying them more than 30 %. They have allotted a unit as well in 2014 but after that there is no development from developer side. I have visited there place in mohan cooperative as well but from there they have shifted some where with giving no contact details & address to approach them.
Pls. Assist me that how to deal with this matter. Trying calling them but all no use of it.

I have flat in piyush heights, sec-89, faridabad. They are delaying the possession from last two years. Every time company customer care tells that the oc has been applied and possession will be given in 2 months. However, due to delay, their license expired in march 2017. Still the problem is unresolved. Moreover, due to their corrupt practice, it is sure that they are not going to give any construction delay penalty also.

Let me know, how much more time will be taken by this corrupt builder to get oc and handover the flats.

I visited the office of the group near ymca fbd, but there is 1 or 2 persons, trying to convince that they will give the possession within 3 months. They can not talk confidentially. But no action till now.

After booking of flat in piyush rosette project bhiwadi in 2011 still after almost six years we have not got possesion of our flat. We have regularly paid our dues as and when demand was raised by builder. Now we want suitable compensation for delay in project as per the laws laid by govt.
Now again we have got demand for payment of dues of about 10% of total payment, but we do not have any information on the compensation we must get for the delay in delivery of our flat to us. Please specify to us what amount we will be paid for this delay.

Our reference is for flat no. E44 gnd floor in piyush rosette bhiwadi booked in feb. 2011.

I have booked plot in Rs. 2 Lacs on 20.04. 2006 at Palwal as Piyush group confirm to allot a plot. I have made enquerries by mail also in 2008 & 2009 but there was no satisfacotory reply and confirm verbally that licence not received.
In 2012, I came to know that they got the licence and I have request to allot the plot but they refused.
I requested vide mails to allot the plot at Palwal.

I am one of nri investors in piyush business park - i located in sector 31, mathura road, faridabad. We bought a shop/office space of 1200 sq ft with committed interest monthly till the project was delivered. The allotment was done on 11th april 2011 and the project has been delayed a lot.
For interest, we were getting checks amounting to rs 28215 per month consistently till june 2015. But then it stopped and now it is more than 18...

I have booked a plot in Piyush Eco Village Bhiwadi project but neither did they deliever the plot nor they refunded any money, tried calling/emailing their office but no response . Anybody please help the way out how to get the money back from such crooks . Piyush group directors not only shall be prisoned but shall be stripped of a single penny they have .

I had booked studio apartment 4years back. Was able to get update for 1year when they said construction has not been started yet. But for last 3 years they are not sending any communication and not replying to my emails. I am out of India for last 3 years so could not go to the site personally.
Seems like they are a big fraud. NO one picks up the phone, no reply to email as well. Not sure what to do now!

I am also one of the sufferer of piyush group management..
Let's make a group.. And fight against piyush group management.

They are hard skin person. Very difficult to handle by individual.
Also i don't have any hope that in near future we may get possession in piyush city bhiwadi...
We have to make group and take legal action..

In piyush heights society, sector 89, faridabad, about 1000 residential flats, but there is no grid electricity, whole society 24x7x365 on Genereter, there is heavy noise and air pollution, residents are suffering from deafness and lung /pulmonary disease, builder not want to take grid electricity, he not paid security fee to DHBVN, but he collected money from residents, so we residents are suffering, so we request govt. of Haryana, govt. of India, specially to our honorable prime minister to do some urgent action.

I had made the payment in 3 bhk project piyush horizon, dharuhera, and now the concerned people are not contactable.
The people who i dealt with that time are no more with the company.
Those phone numbers also don't exist anymore.
Can anyone suggest suitable and best course of action for either the delivery of flat or money refund along with interest for all these years?

I Aditya Chamaria have applied for Two plots of 130 sq yd in July 2013. After paying initial installment of 1.5 lacs each. I was allotted one plot of 130 sq yd and second plot was allotted for 200 Sq yd with PLC which was way above than the form filled up. However left with no choice I accepted 200 Sq yd.
I was allotted following plot - A 12 -200 Sq yd and C80 -130 Sq yd.

Till July 2014 I have made following payment
A12 - Rs.760000/-
C80 -Rs486440/-

Even after paying full amount of allotment, till date I have not got even Builder - Buyer Agreement. There has been no progress at site and next installment which was at Commencement of work has not began.

There Website is blocked and landline numbers mentioned are also not reachable.

There is no communication mode with builder and seems they are absconding.
Strick action should be taken against Piyush Group immediately and buyers interest should be protected

I and my Mother Mrs. Andal Seshan had booked a flat with Marg Properties for their Savithanjali Project on 11/03/2013. As per the agreement we were promised that the flat would be delivered to us on 30/06/2014.

Till date (27/08/2016) we have not heard anything. We have made 85% of the payment.

There are about 250 to 270 customers who have made payment. Some of them have even made full payment.

The builder has missused the customers harde earned money and showing no interest in completing the project.

Can we get the right guidance so that we can get our flat / money that we have paid.

I booked flat in Piyush rosette in Jan, 2011 with the promise to get flat in 24 months but agreement signed by company in Aug 2011 with 24 months time. Company has received more than 90% payment before Oct 2012 but even after 36 months delay there is no response from company. Further company has charged one lac extra saying that flat size enhanced which against agreement and without my consent. I invested my hard earned money. Now I am help less. Pl help me either return my money or give flat to me.

Piyush coloniser is fraud builder i had applied for a plot of 140 sq yds in piyush eco village bhiwadi after 1 year or so they said we are sorry we cannot give you 140 sq yd you will have to take 220 sq yd or money can be refunded with some interest no body invests for refund so i forcibly had to take 220 sq yds plot in piyush ecovillage bhiwadi upsetting my budget but still it has been more than 3.5 yrs and still these people not given us a builder buyer agreement also i have seen the site pictures and there is no development at the site till now on calling them they have no clear answers as to when we will will get our bba & when the work will start they are not even clearly telling us about the refund as we had approached them but simply refused to give any interest on the amount invested even after using our money for close to four years we will be approaching the consumer court & economic offences wing against piyush those who want to join this group call on [protected]

I booked a flat at Marg Swarnabhoomi(SEZ) (http://www.margswarnabhoomi.com/)situated in ECR in 2011. The project is by Marg properties(www.margproperties.com). I booked a 758 sq.ft flat in Maha Utsav, one of their residential projects.
Due to issues in getting approval and also due to lack of funds few residential projects(Maha Utsav, Aayush and Four Seasons) were first stopped and later completely dropped. The flat booked on !9th AUgust 2011 was a 758 sq.ft flat in Maha Utsav, one of their residential projects.
After the cancellation of the project, the company made fake promises of returning money asap but failed to do so.

In reference to the agreement, the total value of the flat including covered car parking was Rs.14, 18, 850/-
Out of which I've paid 42.621%, i.e, Rs. 6, 04, 733/-
The split up of the payment is as follows:
I. Booking Advance: 50000
II. 15% :151578
III. 10% :134385
IV. 20% :268770
Total :6, 04, 733

For requesting refund I went to their office at Kottivakkam, OMR which is far away from my home. The staffs are all irresponsible and the only reply was that they don't have money to return.

Later they once again made a fake promise of compensating with a land equating the amount we paid but fortunately, I learnt that the land is neither DTCP or CMDA approved, added to that the real sq.ft rate was much lower than what they claimed.

I sincerely request National Consumer Complaints to resolve this issue and help in getting back my money with interest.

Dear Sir, I have booked a flat with Marg Swarnabhoomi 4 years back and I paid 3lakhs as booking amount. I have cancelled the flat in Jan-2013 and have got only Rs 50, 000 after several hundreds of mails and reminders. Nowadays they dont even reply to my mails and have no answer from them on when they are going to return. While searching for consumers complaints forums, i came across your address. Good day, I purchased a flat in Savithanjali Project (C201) Saleable area 1395 SQFT Common Area 231 SQFT UDS 445 SQFT. I settled full amount (48.631Lac) on 27 Feb 2013 and only 2lac is pending to allot the covered car parking. I was told by builders that the passion will be on Dec 2013 and grace period is 3months. But till now no progress in the construction and no proper response from Marg ProperTies. Please advise how to proceed further either to get the flat or to get the paid amount back.
