Complaints -
1. Builder has started issuing Possession Fit Out Letter even though construction License is expired in 2009.
2. Already paid additiona EDC charges of around 2L but builder has not deposited money to Govt on time so to save himself from penality imposted by Govt looted more money from Buyers.
3. Now asking of EEC/FFC/Internet/WIFI/Intercom as additional items he will be providing even though nothing is mentioned in the Builder Buyer Agreement and total cost of it which he is charging 2.80 Lac.
4. Increased the super area by 130 SQFT and asking for approx 2Lac.

There are many more cheap things he has charged for but ready to ignore but please advise about the above cost how a service class person can arrange and top of that is it genuine he is asking for without having any agreement at the start of the project.

    Piyush Group is demanding increased EDC without having any kind of letter from Director, Town and Country Planning sent to them. It is clear that Govt. has not demanded any increased EDC from them and they are just trying to rob buyers by showing public notice available to all.

    This is a clear case of cheating by Piyush Group. Public notice they are sending by e-mail or showing in their office to buyers is the notice that appeared on Newspaper about 3 months back. Same notice was posted on forum 3 months back at this link:

    If they can't show the letter received from Director, Town and Country Planning sent to Piyush Group, then they are cheating buyers and what I describe is a kind of 'robbery' by Piyush Group.

    I request to all Piyush residents NOT to fall into this trap and not pay any increased EDC without seeing documents from Govt. sent to Piyush Group and audited increased EDC calculations.

    Piyush Group is a bunch of crooks!

    few years before, i had joined company as CS but left the company after 14-15 days as i simply did not want to work for them.

    they sent "muscle men" to my home where i lived on rent. they called me on the pretext to settle my dues at their office. they had kept their hired muscle men ready to beat me into submission. i was beaten badly before all the piyush group employees standing in witness and was later dragged to conference room. they had alleged that i had made myself director of the company. when i told them to show me the proof/documentary evidence, they told me that they will show me "tomorrow". that "tomorrow" i knew there itself that it will not come.

    i could have gone to police immediately and could have lodged complaint for intimation, cheating & false imprisonment. but, deliberately held back thinking their money power and muscle power.

    they are this kind of people.

    Unauthorized charges by the Builder

    Piyush Groups is making unreasonable demands and harassing the customers for everything.

      I have booked a plot in Piyush city Palwal. During booking plot cost was 18 lac after paying 3 payments every month plot cost was increased to 25 lac. Moreover every month he is asking for money like money extortionist..now i feel he is a cheator. I want to cancel my booking but he says there is no plan of cancellation and refund... I feel people should not invest in this group

        Dear All,

        After reading all your complaints, i was really surprised read such things, to my knowledge i m sure there has been a miscommunication ... i also hold a booking with Piyush Group , but not have come across any problem what so ever. In fact the staff is very coperative and nice... they are reputed builder.. Please try resolve the matters, sure can be sorted out

        All the people who have put up there comlaints is genuine and people should avoid Piyush Builder. Its true that they take money, do not communicate and makes falls execuses for there commitment. Any one who is planning to invest in piyush must speak to atleast one current buyer and you will hear the plight and agony of current buyer. Its a advise to all the buyer be cautious to this builder and do not fall in trap.

          Which project of Piyush are you stuck with?
          My project in Bhiwadi, Piyush Rosette is going on fine. Allotment on time, construction is fine so far. Installment demands are coming according to construction status.Try to invest only in the successful project of this group. Don't invest in complete new projects.
          too is duped by this fraud Builder.I booked a studio apartment in Piyush Square, Bhiwadi.After 2 installment this fraud company has incresed rates.They first asked rates to be all inclussive in rates finalised.Now they are asking for a development charge of arround Rs.63, 000- extra.Letter asking for first installment 6 months back have no mention of this extra charge.Somebody guide me what is sollution to handle this fraud builder.F.I.R or court?
          After a great deal of struggle, I was able to get allotment of a Plot at Piyush city Bhiwadi. However, thought they do not have a electricity transformer at their project as yet, the builder has been taking Maintenance charges from us ...for over one year now ...even now they have forced us to pay the same till March 2013. The road at the plot is horrible and the poles do not have lights, though this builder has
          already taken huge EDC and IDC...also over charged us the EDC .Also, NO Water tank is visible at the project even today...We are forming a group of aggreived people and will file our complaints with The JT. COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, ECONOMIC OFFENCES WING

          to look into this matter at large...On one hand they are inviting people to invest in their Elite floors, to get trapped and be fooled like

            Dear All,

            I am not surprised to hear that so many of our Friends are suffering at the hands of this Builder. It shows that builder lacks common business ethics and does not care about buyers/investors. They think that they can get away easily with all this fraud and deceit.

            We have no option other than to put up a fight. Let us all unite, not just the buyers who are suffering in their Bhiwadi project but all similar Piyush projects.

            I would strongly urge that whenever you visit your site location/office you should tell new/propective buyers point blank ..."If you care about your money then run away as far as possible from Piyush"

            Lets spread this word in all places.... Online forums, Websites comments, Yahoo answers, newspapers, media etc etc.

              Hi All,

              I am facing the problems like many other in the Bhiwadi project at the hands of Piyush Group. First they sit on our money for 4-5 years and suddenly they wake up and start asking for more money when their Buyer agreement gives no firm date of allotment. Anyone who has signed this should understand what the clause 27 a & b means - after paying all the money Piyush has all the time in the world - 18 months and 6 months further from your signing the Buyers agreement (and this varies for every customer) to allot your the plot. Then, if their customers do not pay (which they can easily say and you will not be able to figure out) they can still delay further... One year from issue of allotment (March 2010) has passed and they are not even telling now when the possession will be handed. I am planning to file a complaint in the consumer court against them.. ALL THOSE WHO ARE SIMILARYLY SUFFERING AT THIER HANDS AND ARE IN TROUBLE SHOULD COME FORWARD AND WE SHOULD FILE A JOINT COMPLIANT TO SHAKE THEM UP AND GET OUR REFUND WITH INTEREST.               I have been following it up with Piyush group regarding possession of my plot in Bhiwadi city. Firstly they have delayed the project for a very long time secondly they have cheated me and charged extra money on the pretext of ADC to the tune of 2.6 lacs. Even after paying full and final amount they are not giving the possession of the plot.

              Yes, they have cheated and taken money from all plot owners. Moreover I heard they haven't received all clearances. Is any buyer association formed to fight against this fraud?

              Hi, I invested in Piyush group in 2008 in the bhiwadi project, this was a market resale and Piyush group duly transferred the tittle in my name. In 2011 to my shock they have cancelled the allottment without assigning any reasons, their customer care team is so rude...they are saying you can go to court ...hamne sab vakil/judge ko set kar rakha hain...pathetic group..never invest in them in any project...
              Piyush group is doing a fraud in Bhiwai...don't book/ repurchase in their projects, you will be robbed of all your savings

                PIYUSH GROUP HAS TAKE MONEY FROM ME FOR ALLOTMENT OF PLOT IN PIYUSH BHIWADI IN YEAR 2007.

                INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUEST, PIYUSH GROUP HAS NOT AGREED TO ALLOT THE PLOT AT PIYUSH BHIWADI, THEY HAVE OFFERED TO REFUND THE ADVANCE MONEY WITH 11% SIMPLE INTEREST, I HAVE DEPOSITED THE SURRENDER KIT ALONGWITH ORIGINAL RECEIPTS ON 29TH OCTOBER, PIYUSH GROUP SAY THAT THEY WILL ISSUE THE CHEQUE WITHIN 20 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF SURRENDER, FURTHER THE CHEQUES WOULD BE POST DATED, AND THE REFUND WOULD BE DONE WITHIN TWO MONTHS TIME, LET US SEE, WHETHER THEY HONOUR WHAT THEY HAVE COMMITTED, THIS TIME, THANK YOU, RANJITH
                There 20 days period never gets over when its about refund. I have been following uo with then since last 4+ years. The dealer is non tracable and ever time i make a call to there HO in mohan cooperative area. Its either unanswered or Kiran / Rachna gives a fraudulent reply "Sir, Aapka cheque ready hai. Bas sighning authority chandigargh me hai. Unke aate he cheque le lijiye" I am sick of it.PLEASE COME FORWARD TO TAKE THESE CULPRITS HEAD ON!!!

                  The message for all buyers of Piyush Rosette Bhiwadi. Please refer your Buyer’s agreement. I found following discrepancies in Agreement for which company has not provided any satisfactory answer so far despite my follow-ups.

                  Would request other buyers to share their views on this.

                  Clause ‘E’ on Page2: The clause put the entire liability on Buyer to confirm and verify that the title of this property is clear and marketable. What it means, in case of any eventuality where Company failed to deliver the apartment, they can safely wash their hands. I believe the Registration of land in Company’s name (not PoA) and ‘No Encumbrance Certificate’ issued by competent and authorized government agency, should be checked.
                  Despite our repeated requests, so far we are not provided or shown the relevant approvals/documents/Title pertaining of said project.

                  Clause 4 on Page 3 refers to Annexure B for Basic Sale Price. While Annexure B has break-up of Installments (in percentages of Basic Price), it doesn’t have mention of Basic Sale Price itself.
                  Similarly, Clause 7 on Page 5 refers to Annexure B for PLC; however Annexure B is completely silent about this. Usually PLC is imposed on apartments/properties which are park facing, corner units, wider roads or based on floor. Hence this clause is especially important for those who fulfill these criteria.

                  So far we were verbally informed that there is ‘No PLC’ in this project. However, tomorrow if company changes the Basic Sale price or impose any PLC on back of no-mention in Buyer’s agreement (error or omission), they can safely impose it on us and we don’t have anything to defend this.

                  Want to know if any one has checked these documents or what is your opinion on this?

                  Did you find anything else about the BBA of Piyush Rosette? How much I checked it is same for other projects of Piyush as well and these projects are close to possession. The project is quite late(not Piyush Rosette, but Piyush city in Bhiwadi), but construction is going on in full-swing now. The company have also done allotment to some of its booking.

                    SIR, I HAVE REGISTERED WITH PIYUSH GROUP A PLOT VIDE REGISTRATION RECEIPT NO. PCL/BH/PL/5716 DATED 22/06/2007 FOR ALLOTMENT OF PLOT OF 224.700 SQN YARDS IN FARIDABAD TOWN SHIP. I HAVE PAID ALL THE DUE LONG BACK BUT PLOT HAS NOT BEEN ALLOTTED BY THE COMPNAY SO FAR, WHERE AS IN THE SAME PROJECT SO MANY PEOPLE ALREADY ALLOTTED PLOTS. I am one of grieved lot. Please become a part of the Piyush HR yahoo group to know the updates of all that is happening aroung the Piyush Heights project. I have recenly become a part of it and have become of so many things that are critical to my investment in the poject...

                      Dear Kiran & Anurag,

                      I have already gone through enough mental agony because of your group and specially you two.

                      Yes , I am talking about the refund of the money put in the Piyush Blossom Valley project. The application for all my bookings are placed almost a month back. I was informed at the time of placing the application that the refund will be made with in a weeks time. I have still not received any refund or any sort of communication from your end.

                      Firstly , you people were not able to launch the project on time and after rigorous follow up with all of you for almost 15 months , i was suggested by you only to take the refund ( with the interest of 11% per annum) . Now after placing the application for the refund , i am trying to contact you, but you people are not picking up the phone as well as your respective mobiles for the very much obvious reasons (more than 100 calls are made till date) . Let me tell you that this approach of yours will not help you in anyway. Infact it can put you as well as your group in deep legal trouble. The way both of you as well your group is harassing me, has given me enough reasons and documents to go after all of you.

                      Please don't play with the hard earned image of the Piyush group don't take the customers for granted . This is just my friendly advice.

                      Above all, please do not continue to agonise and harass me through your irresponsible approach.

                      Kindly revert back to me with the staus of my refund.

                        we booked 38 flats in piyush group project piyush blossom valley last year in may 2008.and the piyush group is commeted us to launch thair project with in 2-3 months 2008.but after one year complition they people are not giving any exect condition of thair project.when we ask about our money they peopele are not ready to give our money in ragaistration form they are clearly mention that is project is delayed than they peopele will give @ 11 % interstes but now they are denai that.plz tell us how can we take our money back from the builder.

                        customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I have put my money in Piyush Group's Blossom Valley Pre Launch. Even after one year, their project has not been Launched. I am asking for my money back. But, no one is listening. Can anyone tell me how to get my money.
                        It's really a sorry state of affairs at the shreya developwell. their attitude is totally arrogant and pathetic .Now a days media is a very potent weapon to high light such case . if someody knows a person from print media or electronic media who can cover this scandalous thing, let us pursue on this front as well.

                        These types of false, frivolous things are written just to malign the reputation of the Group, the Management and the staff of the Group is always willing to refund the amount invested by the customer subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of priority preference registration application signed by the customers.

                        i m the associate of piyush Group and worked with this group from last one year.we booked 4 flats in piyush blossom vally project last year, still after 16 month there is no project of piyush group.what they are doing no body reply of piyush group .
                        whenever we asked about thair project managment said after 2 months.we have not any faith of piyush group.
                        Company has taken almost 10% amount on the account of flat( NH-58 ) pre launch of flat price ; however till today no construction has been started since may 2008 and our hard earned money is blocked.

                        We booked a flat in piyush bloosm vally in 2008.project did not launched till the date . i applyed for the Refund in march 2009, and comapny gave me a post dated cheq for four months.according to the company norms they committed that, if project will not launched with in 12 months they will refund our amount with in two months along with the interst @ 11% per annum, there were no close for post dated cheq. company is not customer oriented whetever they are doing for there benifits only, all the investors, plz beware before investing the mony in this kind of company and those who invested plz ready for the mantel harassment.

                        I have already gone through enough mental agony because of your group and specially you two.

                        Yes, I am talking about the refund of the money put in the Piyush Blossom Valley project. The application for all my bookings are placed almost a month back. I was informed at the time of placing the application that the refund will be made with in a weeks time. I have still not received any refund or any sort of communication from your end.

                        Firstly, you people were not able to launch the project on time and after rigorous follow up with all of you for almost 15 months, i was suggested by you only to take the refund ( with the interest of 11% per annum) . Now after placing the application for the refund, i am trying to contact you, but you people are not picking up the phone as well as your respective mobiles for the very much obvious reasons (more than 100 calls are made till date) . Let me tell you that this approach of yours will not help you in anyway. Infact it can put you as well as your group in deep legal trouble. The way both of you as well your group is harassing me, has given me enough reasons and documents to go after all of you.

                        Please don't play with the hard earned image of the Piyush group don't take the customers for granted . This is just my friendly advice.

                        Above all, please do not continue to agonise and harass me through your irresponsible approach.

It is very surprising that haw can you say that your company is reputed & well managed company? Now we are giving only two days after that if no any reply is given by you, we have to say that you have no any project in Ghaziabad and intentionally you had taken money from market due to this we had lost a better opportunity to invest my amount in better place in that tine. Due to this we have lost to earn handsom amount. This will be caused only for you.

                        1. faridabad group housing booking starts from 2006 but till today under construction.delay allmost 2 year.
                        2. Palwal township launch in 2005 but not clear till today even construction is

                        3. ruderpur project faild after 3 year dropped the project
                        4. Jaipur projects faild after 2 year
                        5. Bhiwadi project delay allmost 3 year

                        Every project of piyus group is delay approx 2 to 3 year.

                        I invested in Piyush Group flats, Palwal in November 2006 & till date no construction has been initiated or not even LOI has been taken . Every time it was told another 2 months LOI will be received & construction will start & now 3 years have passed . They are not ready to refund money as they say no decision from management on this till now .

                        I'm not sure what to say, but i think the construction of Piyush Heights in Faridabad is in full swing. as per the info. got from other people who have invested in that project in faridabad.
                        I have invested in a 2 BHK flat in faridabad in piyush heights.
                        I invested my money as an investment point of view, but due to recession and market scenario I did not get the intended returns. But I'm sure Faridabad market is still to bounce back.
                        Coz I feel that investing in real estate is the best option to get good returns rather than investing elsewhere, but time to get intended returns may vary depending on the market situation.

                        However, piyush heights project is giving the best amenities compared to other projects in the vicinity at a reasonable cost.

                        I heard that there was a dispute amongst Piyush Group partners that is why few projects were delayed, but its sorted out now.

                        I would like to sell my flat as I cannot hold this anymore as I've invested in other project in South India and need money to materialize another project.

                        I had invested in Piyush Bhiwadi project 3 years back already paid about 40% of money to them but after 3 years no development at all now they are sending us the letter for the balance payment otherwise they will take interest on it.ANd giving commitment that they will give the plot in the month of November.But I told them that we had waited for 3 years after giving our money and now you have to wait for 3-4 month for the balance payment and I will give the payment only after development there other wise I wll call for court.Please advice what to do I am not understanding daily I am getting calls from these people to give the balance payment and while contacting Anurag he is saying you have to pay the money at any cost.

                        This is group is a notorious group and the people working there are merely puppets with no power vested with them. Its a typical lala company with the sole intention of duping their customers.

                        They had done the bookings from us in 2006 for their project in Piyush Business Park-1 Faridabad .
                        At that time they did not even have the LOI from DTCP inspite of that they sold more than half of their project and as on today ie January 2011 they are still awaiting the approval of drawings from DTCP chandigarh.

                        This is the plight of the company that inspite of close to 5 years gone by, the group could not get their drawings approved. GOD SAVE THE PROJECT. I really wonder how could DTCP be allowing such builders to carry out their business...

                        The builder has got the malafide intention of duping its customers and please dont be surprised if you read in news papers that he has run away with your hard earned money.

                        Till we all do not unite and fight against such RAVANA we wont be able to win the war.

                        Why the law enforcement agency and EOW not taking action against such builder ... Any lawyer up there please suggest...

                        I was in India for one month, came during christmas and new year vacation and planned to do some investment in the NCR region. Initially, I thought of investing on a residential project in Dharuhera and was giving a serious thought to the Piyush Group. So, I was trying to find/read the reviews about this group. But after going through so many complaints in the website, it seems that I should keep a safe distance from such groups!

                        I am facing the same problems as Mr Anil in the Bhiwadi project. First they sit on our money for 4-5 years and suddenly they wake up and start asking for more money when their Buyer agreement gives no firm date oF allotment. Anyone who has signed this should understand what the clause 27 a & b means - after paying all the money Piyush has all the time in the world - 18 months and 6 months further from your signing the Buyers agreement (and this vairies for every customer) to allot your the plot. Then, if their customers do not pay (which they can easily say and you will not be able to figure out) they can still delay further... One year from issue of allotment (March 2010) has passed and they are not even telling now when the possesion will be handed. I am planning to file a complaint in the consumer court against them.. ALL THOSE WHO ARE SIMILARYLY SUFFERING AT THIER HANDS AND ARE IN TROUBLE SHOULD COME FORWARD AND WE SHOULD FILE A JOINT COMPLIANT TO SHAKE THEM UP AND GET OUR REFUND WITH INTEREST.                         I have also booked a flat in Piyush horizon, Dharuhera.. but to my surprise readind the above mentioned complaints my opinion would differ very strongly... till date i have not come across any such problem or have faced tany incovieneince dealing with piyush group staff and the manangement. and one my cousins have also unit in Piyush Heighta and he has being at a reciveing end and has got what he was promised or shown
                        I never had problems with another of their projects, that is Piyush Rosette in Bhiwadi. I guess older projects had little trouble but the new projects in Bhiwadi and dharuhera are good.
                        Piyush Group owners are extracting money from buyers of Piyush Height, Greater faridabad through un fair and unethical means. Piyush Group has charged Rs 158/psf amounting to Rs. 2.49 lacs and 30000 service tax on providing internet, IPHONE, cable, FFC/EEC, which was not the part of Builder-Buyer Agreement while giving possession for fit out purpose in F tower. Even fit out purpose is not defined anywhere in BBA. There are news that Piyush Height has not been given completion certificate of even a single tower.
                        Other builders of Faridabad only charging Rs 40-60 thousand for EEC/FFC if it is mentioned in BBA. Piyush is asking Rs 2.49 lacs for the things which was beyond the purview of BBA.
                        Piyush group has increased area of about 130 sq ft in case of 3 BHK and asking all the money such as BSP, PLC, EDC/IDC etc on increased area. Even it has not given any justification of this increased area by supporting drawings.

                        Piyush Group is basically a group o[censored]nethical people. If you have any doubt ask any one of the 1100 owners of flat in Piyush Height.

                        I booked two plots in PIYUSH GROUP, PIYUSH ECO VILLAGE bhiwadi more than an year ago. AT the time of booking it was informed to me that They will not demand third installment until they will issue allotment letter but later on they changed . They said that as soon as you will make 3rd installment immediately after that they will send allotment letter . Its more than 8 months I have made the 3rd installment but they have not issued any thing. I wrote to them several times but they are not bothered .It is a clear case of cheating. They keep on changing their words. I am running behind them for more than seven months. They are torturing by not addressing the issue. There are several complaints against this group. I have requested them several time to fix the issue. I requested them to return the money with interest which they have take from me before time but they are not addressing the issue. I have written to media as well & kept them in loop but it does not make any difference to them . I am going to file a case against them anyone else who have been cheated by them for this project can get in touch with me @
