Hello, builder buyer agreement not received from developer end since 2014 for "piyush eco village" at bhiwadi despite paying them more than 30 %. They have allotted a unit as well in 2014 but after that there is no development from developer side. I have visited there place in mohan cooperative as well but from there they have shifted some where with giving no contact details & address to approach them.
Pls. Assist me that how to deal with this matter. Trying calling them but all no use of it.

first you have to file an FIR in EOW and also file a suit in cnsumer forum.

I have booked plot in Palwal Rs.2.0 Lac vide receipt no 1153 dated 20.4.06 not yet alloted. Inspite of repeated follow up no action has been taken.
