THE COMPANY PROMISES A 30 MINUTE OR FREE POLICY BUT IS VERY FRAUD IN TERMS OF ITS OWN POLICIES.
AFTER A TEN MINUTE LATE DELIVERY, ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY POLICY THE ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE.BUT ON COMPLAINING FOR THE SAME THE MANAGER STATES THAT WE HAVE A FIRST BARIER POLICY THAT THE ORDER SHOULD REACH THE 1ST BARRIER ON THE GIVEN TIME AND REST IS NOT MANDATORY IF THE ORDER REACHES YOU IN 30 MINUTES OR NOT.
ACCORDING TO THE RULE AS STATED BY THEM, IT IS NOWHERE WRITTEN AS SUCH WHEN DESCRIBING 30 MIN OR FREE POLICY.BUT WHEN ARGUED OVER IT, THE MANAGER SAID THE RULE IS STATED IN MINUTE LETTERS AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE MENU.SO AS A CONSUMER I WOULD LIKE TO ASK THE COMPANY IF THE TIME FROM THE FIIRST BARRIER TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS ALSO STATED BY THE COMPANY??
AFTER REACHING THE FIRST BARRIER, THE COMPANY MAY TAKE 1 HOUR AND SAY WE DID REACH THE FIRST BARRIER ON TIME!!
THIS IS EXTREMLY SAD THAT THE COMPANY I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER TO WILL HAVE SUCH BAD AND AMBIGUOUS POLICIES!! Was this information helpful? |
