Pizza Hut — Amount Not refunded even after 2 months

I had placed an order to Pizza Hut Delivery(Garebhavipalya) on 7th july 2015 & payed the bill of Rs 617 through my credit card. But I had to cancel the order due to the delay in delivery. As per their policy, the amount should have been refunded by 21 working days. But its not yet refunded. When I call their customer service, they say they will get back to me in 5-10 mins but never turned up.
