Pizza Hut — commitment of delivering pizza within 30 mins failed -time reached around 1 hour 30 mins till I am writing this complain

I have ordered pizza today around 5.09 pm evening I have called on[protected] thrice 1st call around 5.40 pm 2nd call around 6.00 pm 3dr call around 6.20 pm Just to say if cant stay on your 30 mins pizza delivery policy then please dont fool the Public, Adrs of order - sec 49 noida

ORDER No, 4448 of 01.07.2014 had rotten tomatoes on the pizza. We had to chuck the pizza
