An amount of 305.3 was deducted from my account as I made payment(net banking) for pan pizza using pizza hut's website, but their website displayed a "failed transaction" message and hence the order was not completed.
After banging my head explaining the incident to person attending the pizza hut order[protected], I was asked for a transaction ID, which is not mentioned the email I receive from the bank, whenever my account is debited .
Now after exchanging emails and calling these PHD people 4 times, I have yet not received any refund even though my bank confirmed in email that the Biller had confirmed a refund.
It is the process and the disregard of the Customers which bothers me .
The complaints do not seem to bother these people at all, it seems .
