Pizza Hut — Hard Plastic part comes in Pizza while chewing

On[protected], i went to pizzahut at westside maill, Waves, Lucknow, wherein i have have ordered the food for me and my wife...While having that i have shown the plastic part to the staff but he said sir will check and come back to you...but nothing has happened and they have taken very casually...

the bill details are as follows---

Kindly take strict action against them and let me know as well, else i will got to legal against this.
