Pizza Hut — I have booked a pizza on phone, but pizza not come

order time is 7.47 pm
second time call 8.52 duration 3.33 minute
third time call 8.56 pm duration 10.23 call hold 5-6 minute and commitment that pizza diliver in 5 minute
and when i ask for my complain number than they refuse to give me and told me that come via SMS.
but pizza not dilivered.

this is very shock full to me.
give solution of this case
