On 28th sept. 2017, i placed order worth rs.578.20 ps. From pizzahut online at 17:45 hrs. I received email stating "sincere apologies as we noticed you were trying to place an order which could not go through.
In case your money has been debited, please be assured that it will be refunded back." for this order i received message in my mobile stating your refund of rs.578.20 has been initiated and the amount has been refunded on 29th sept. 2017.
On the same day (28th) again at 18:03 hrs. I placed order worth rs.578.20 ps. From pizzahut online. I received email stating "sincere apologies as we noticed you were trying to place an order which could not go through.
In case your money has been debited, please be assured that it will be refunded back."
I have not received any refund message to my mobile and till date the amoun t is not refunded back.
I am not getting correct response, to whom to contact regarding this. Call centre is pathetic. When i called the store, no proper response from them.
