For the first time I've ordered pizza from pizza hut through my mobile on 9th december by 23:00 hrs, I didn’t used mobile app, I just used normal mobile browser and amount of Rs.512 has been debited from my icici pockets mVisa account.
After the money had been deducted from the bank account, I didn’t received any order confirmation, so I called the pizza hut customer service and said the same.
They said that they will initiate the refund soon and i can get refund in 11 days maximum. I have also lodged a email complaint(feedback id-50608). But today is the 11th day and still there is no trace of refund in my account. So i again called pizza hut customer care and this time they said that they have initiated refund from their side and told me to talk to my bank's customer care.
I ve then called my bank and asked about the refund, they told that there is no refund came from pizza hut is struck with them and told me to again talk to pizza hut customer care.
I called pizza hut and the answer I got from the customer care executive was I can’t locate your order details, if the money is been deducted it will be credited back to your bank account.
Till now I had contacted my bank once and I had also contacted the Pizza hut twice, no one actually want to resolve the issue.
My first experience with Pizza hut happens to be the Worst experience and it would remain the same I believe.
