Address: Meerut

I ordered Medium Triple Chicken Feast today (Meerut branch), the taste of the chicken was so horrible, it taste like they used very old frozen meat specially the sausage. It was so bad even my dog didn't eat it.
I need anyone to take immediate action on this particular branch and check for hygiene issue.

            Yesterday I was trying to place online order for pizza from Pizza Hut wakad area, when I entered payment gateway through UPI my money was deducted but in application there was no order placed and I haven't received any delivery of pizza .
            I am attaching the photo of transaction details.
            Request you to please look into it and refund my money earliest.

              Order was not placed but money was deducted

              I was ordering from pizza hut at 12:59 PM on 3rd December 2021 via Paytm UPI. While making the payment, money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. As the order was not placed, I would like a full refund....

              Well long story short my estimate delivery time was 7:26 delivery guy was out for delivery at 7:19 with 7 min to reach location time... But was not still there no weather issue or traffic what's so ever at 7:39 i called store he said he will connect me and all but i was not then callled again he didn't receive it... Then at around 7:44 i got call from delivery guy he was like i am new and don't know location and buch of lies... Like there's no google map exist... Still i called him again at 7:55 he was like some more time was showing on map i have to cancel the order at that point

                For the past three times I am getting stale ice cold choco volcano cake via Swiggy order numbers [#[protected], #[protected], #[protected]].
                For the first two times I raised this issue with swiggy only (sent the photographs as well) but this time I got the same choco volcano despite giving explicit instructions to send the fresh one. This is totally unacceptable!

                  On 29thNovember I ordered pizza through zomato and the sizes were not mentioned in the menu. The price I paid was much more than what I pay otherwise at the outlet. I went to check with phase 10 Mohali outlet. The manager was clueless about the order he sent. He further didn't provide ne a complaint register for written complaint. Further owner contact number was denied and simranjeet singh said that they don't know who the owner is. I think the owner has left this outlet at the mercy of the manager who is certainly doing some hankey pankey or simply very inefficient for the post. My name is Harmani Mann and mobile is [protected]

                    Date of the incident : 29th November 2021
                    Description of the incident: I was at Pizza Hut, Mall of India, Noida- Sector 18 and I had enquired for Momomia Pizza to which I was told that it was currently unavailable. But a few moments later I notice the adjacent table being occupied by different customers and being served the same pizza I asked for. Upon complaining about this to different waiters, no action was taken. Also, they denied us empty seats to the other section of the restaurant, saying that it was currently unavailable, whereas clearly other customers were occupying the section. I am really disappointed in the service and the treatment provided at this outlet, and these acts have encouraged me to discontinue going to Pizza Hut and take further action regarding the same.

                      I had ordered online to pizza hut website on 21/11/2021 but order not received till now. We had filed complete on customer care they told manager will contact after we called three to four time to the customer care finally the manager contact us and reassure of refund but I have not received any refund from Pizza Hut. Please do the needful.

                        I am dr Kishore from Hyderabad This is to complain about the store manager ms pranaya a manager at Pizza Hut food court next mall malakpet Hyderabad my invoice number p[protected] dated 27/11/21 at 7.06pm she was rude while taking the order and didnot give any explanation for the delay in taking the order and when I asked for the customer feedback book she was unable to provide and didnot give any proper response and was unapologetic .really unhappy about the experience in pizza store . I want a proper explanation and hope proper action will be take for this.

But sector 56 restaurant’s manager denied to accept. For reference, please check recording while placing the order.                               I came to Friday unlimited pizza and bought one veg and one non veg. They first gave me one pizza each and once after completing them they said I have to complete fully then only they will provide me another pizza and only corner of the pizza was kept as the pizza corner was hard so we kept it. Suddenly the outlet manager Ajay was telling me that I won't let customers to waste food he was totally unprofessional. Who the f..k he is to tell me that he won't let customers to waste food. I'm paying money and I have all the rights to ask unlimited pizza as I opted for it. I want pizza hut to fire that ajay from his job immediately or I need a full refund whatever i have paid for. This is totally not at all acceptable. I need a proper resolution from pizza hut.

                                  This is with regards to my Visit at your counter located at Inorbit Mall Railway station 2nd floor Near vashi . on 31 Oct 2021 @ 18:50:05 in had done a transaction of Rs 1108 which was debited by my account by UPI /[protected]/ UPI payment / phsapphireninorb/ ICId. As per counter did not received the same. Hence on immediate the second payment was done of Rs 1107 UPI/[protected]/ phsapphireninorb / ICI9 . Which was also not done as per your counter. I waited for 7 days as instructed by your employee . And when I called call center of My Bank . Then confirmed that the said payment is realized to the respective beneficiary account. I have complaint to your counter again and was confirmed by him for resolution at the earliest.
                                  Today is 22/ 11/ 2021 almost 22days from the day of transaction and still the funds are not credited in my account. Request to check
                                  1. The purpose of declined
                                  2. Why the credit not happened in account.
                                  3. Is the same happened with me are happened with other customer as well
                                  4. Why was the amount difference in first 1108 and then 1107

                                    Yesterday I visited Pizza Hut City centre one in kolkata, the manager out there was very disobedient and rude. He spoke to my sister and me very rudely just because we wanted to order cheese garlic bread and was asking for change. He told us "bol raha hai na nai hai, smaj nai aata, nai hai toh kaha se du chori toh nai karunga na" etc etc.

                                      Pathetic pizza.I ordered signature vege lover medium pizza stuff crust.
                                      Unbelievable, no cheese, stuff crust was dry empty, only red paprika few dry slices 2 pcs of dry tomatoes and dry dough.
                                      Very bad quality . You as pizza hut have lost the quality and the taste.
                                      Lastly i would say i felt i was eating dry roti.

                                      Very very disappointed.
