    At the time of placing an order on call, your executive confirmed to accept gift voucher (16 digit) at the time of delivery. But sector 56 restaurant’s manager denied to accept. For reference, please check recording while placing the order. Its not acceptable, if you can’t update, I will file a complaint against you as I was very hungry at that moment and your executives just passed the time without assisting.

      I came to Friday unlimited pizza and bought one veg and one non veg. They first gave me one pizza each and once after completing them they said I have to complete fully then only they will provide me another pizza and only corner of the pizza was kept as the pizza corner was hard so we kept it. Suddenly the outlet manager Ajay was telling me that I won't let customers to waste food he was totally unprofessional. Who the f..k he is to tell me that he won't let customers to waste food. I'm paying money and I have all the rights to ask unlimited pizza as I opted for it. I want pizza hut to fire that ajay from his job immediately or I need a full refund whatever i have paid for. This is totally not at all acceptable. I need a proper resolution from pizza hut.

          This is with regards to my Visit at your counter located at Inorbit Mall Railway station 2nd floor Near vashi . on 31 Oct 2021 @ 18:50:05 in had done a transaction of Rs 1108 which was debited by my account by UPI /[protected]/ UPI payment / phsapphireninorb/ ICId. As per counter did not received the same. Hence on immediate the second payment was done of Rs 1107 UPI/[protected]/ phsapphireninorb / ICI9 . Which was also not done as per your counter. I waited for 7 days as instructed by your employee . And when I called call center of My Bank . Then confirmed that the said payment is realized to the respective beneficiary account. I have complaint to your counter again and was confirmed by him for resolution at the earliest.
          Today is 22/ 11/ 2021 almost 22days from the day of transaction and still the funds are not credited in my account. Request to check
          1. The purpose of declined
          2. Why the credit not happened in account.
          3. Is the same happened with me are happened with other customer as well
          4. Why was the amount difference in first 1108 and then 1107

            Yesterday I visited Pizza Hut City centre one in kolkata, the manager out there was very disobedient and rude. He spoke to my sister and me very rudely just because we wanted to order cheese garlic bread and was asking for change. He told us "bol raha hai na nai hai, smaj nai aata, nai hai toh kaha se du chori toh nai karunga na" etc etc.

              Pathetic pizza.I ordered signature vege lover medium pizza stuff crust.
              Unbelievable, no cheese, stuff crust was dry empty, only red paprika few dry slices 2 pcs of dry tomatoes and dry dough.
              Very bad quality . You as pizza hut have lost the quality and the taste.
              Lastly i would say i felt i was eating dry roti.

              Very very disappointed.

                Delay of of dine in order

                We visited pizza hut store at Dwaraka Nagar, visakhapatnam and placed order, they made us wait for more than 1h and finally due to miss communication the order was cancelled, so no proper manager over there, and the the staff is very rude when asked how long would it take, they answered ask the person who has taken order not me...which was very rude...

                I ordered for a medium Veg momo pizza meal.
                Firstly I am a pure vegetarian and the pizza served was a NON Vegetarian pizza which i accidentally tasted also. Then my order was replaced, the veg pizza they served was not properly baked.
                Serving a non veg food item to a vegetarian is a big blunder in first case and the replacement was even more disappointing.
                There should not be any place for such big blunder in such big brand where we blindly put our hard earned money.
                Total wastage of money and mood .

                    On 29th October, I visited Pizza hut Bharuch-392012 (Sapphire Foods India LTD) where I offered Credit Card for the Payment of Invoice- Chk no. 10307. (Invoice no.: 630351- Sadab)Payment was for 649 INR but the Counter cash guy deducted it Two (2) times and I wasn't refunded there. I raised a complain but he said we will initiate request but I haven't received any refund for my double payment in HDFC credit card. Contact me on +91 [protected]

                      I'm compelled to share my grievance on a public platform as Pizza Hut customer care has failed me time and again. I have called the customer care 3 times and have sent 1 detailed email to [protected]@yum.com but have received no reply. I did not ask for a refund or replacement. All I asked for is accountability. I'm sharing the contents of my email below which list the problem in detail:

                      Hi,
                      I received my order on time today. The delivery boy was very polite and professional. However, there was an issue with my order that I had received a wrong pizza. I had ordered Tandoori Veg, but received regular veg pizza of some other variety with corn and tomatoes with the regular pizza sauce instead of the tandoori sauce. For this issue, I called the customer care 3 times at 10-15 min intervals and every time I got the same templated response saying they will personally look into the matter and have the store manager call me within 5 minutes.

                      As you can predict, I never received that call and I kept waiting for a full hour before giving up and eating the pizza I received. My late lunch was delayed by an hour waiting for this call that would never come and I finally at 4:30PM. I'm disappointed to see the lack of accountability in the chain. A simple acknowledgement of error and explaining how this mix up happened would have sufficed.

                      I'm asking you to kindly track this issue and improve the accountability standards when a complaint is registered. I do not want any replacement or refunds. I'm happy to provide picture proof of the pizza if it helps you investigate the issue.

                        I have placed order yesterday and it was not delivered but in tracking it is still showing as order confirmed. Since the order was not delivered on time I had to cancel it. And also i spoke to customer care couple of times and they said I will get a call back but I didn't got any. I request to refund back my money to my Amazon pay wallet .

                          Even after 2 hours Pizza is not been delivered.
                          Outlet Called and informed as system was shut down and they missed to see the Order so it will delay to deliver.. After 30 minutes, they called and saying, due to power issue they can't prepare Pizza and it will delay further. And no estimated time.. Order no 10400511..
                          Now you tell me as a customer, how long we have to Trust you.. even a power back up also not able to install..
                          If you want to run a outlet with some donation to buy a power back up.. let me know.. will talk to some NGO or post an add in Newspapers..

                            We ordered 3 unlimited pizza orders, which 2 are non veg and 1 is veg. The non-veg pizzas are the worst, they smell terrible and awful. Can't beleive they serve such disgusting food. Don't they taste before serving this kind of crap.

                              Today evening I ordered Margherita pizza from Pizza Hut, Visakhapatnam via Swiggy with order number[protected]. Well, I received it within due time also it was burnt. I did contact swiggy customer care and they did give a coupon. I felt responsible to raise a complaint here because this is unacceptable that Pizza Hut having a huge global name had come to this standard.

                                Pizza Hut Italian seasoning has a green mark to show it is vegetarian, but allergen information says it might contain traces of egg.

                                Then how can the seasoning be considered as vegetarian?

                                    This is wrt order no 14370653 placed on 24.10.2021 for a pan pizza. The order was confirmed by pizza hut omaxe cp, beta 2, greater noida and i have received the message that your order has been dispatched.
                                    This is to bring to your notice that i didn't received my order and when i tried to contact the restaurant no one responded even your toll free customer care number was also not reachable.
                                    I haven't seen such a pathetic service of pizza hut.
                                    I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible else i will escalate it to higher authorities and social media and consumer forum.
